It could basically happen at any time if RCA chooses to do so. They own the master recordings--not Britney. I'm sure the only reason it hasn't happened is because they don't want to be seen doing something without Britney's "blessing" as it would be considered in bad taste considering everything that's gone on with her. It will however eventually happen when they have a compelling enough reason to do it.
