My Blackberry passport got stuck at wifi setup after I wiped it. I connected it to my home wifi, but it does not show the next button. I tried autoloading it but it seems useless. Tried the screen reader steps too but the phone went silent at the wifi screen so nothing to do. Please help. Much thanks

    Hello guys
I'm new here and I wanna share something with you, I autoloaded my BlackBerry z30 with the new OS and it got stuck on connect to WIFI. I tried looking for help around the Internet but no solution, I tried to downgrade the OS but failed to locate any old autoloader. What I found interesting is that at the Connect To WiFi prompt, u can easy swipe up and use the phone normally. I read a post here that the newest OS is not able to load side apps. But I've managed to download and install the latest whatsapp for Android and it works though I've not completed the setup for the phone. Please comment if I need to know anything. Thank you guys.

Sideloading refers to the installation of native apps, Android apps were not an issue.
    We have a fix now.
