Citi Raises CEO Jane Fraser’s Pay 6.1% to $26 Million for 2023

Citigroup increased CEO <-bsp-person state="{"_id":"0000018d-c87c-d1cd-af8f-effebfba0001","_type":"00000160-6f41-dae1-adf0-6ff519590003"}">Jane Fraser’s total compensation 6.1% to $26 million from $24.5 million.

• Fraser’s total compensation includes an annual base salary of $1.5 million, cash incentives of $3.67 million, and deferred incentives of $20.83 million including deferred stock and PSUs
