I paid for a full Slab to be installed for my bathroom vanity. They arrived with a 2 piece counter top. My wife just wanted them to complete the install and be done because we already waited 3 weeks for the install. We also expect a hassle free refund of our money... The communication was very below average and next time I will deal directly with a Counter-top manufacturer myself...

They did not attach the dishwasher to the countertops. They did not install my faucet to the new sink.. The last job I had a few years ago the installers did both. I had to hire a handyman to finish this job..

The whole process was super easy. The installers forgot to caulk between the countertop and the walls. However, as a result of the follow up call from the granite supplier, they are sending the team back out to fix the issue. Following up to make sure I was satisfied was above and beyond! And truly appreciated.
