Recommendations
Reviews
- Just playing this, having purchased it in 1979 and not heard it for over 20 years. It was always a favourite album from the UK Jazz-Funk scene. At the he high end of the offerings around at that time. Superb album.
- I had this album for decades and bought it unheard, just the title and cover sold me. Sometimes albums can be judged by it’s cover. This is really cool jazz funk played by some groovy musicians. Highly recommend if you find this. Surprised there is no audiophile reissue of this album.
- Edited one year agoRare groove from the brains behind D-Train (https://www.discogs.com/artist/14185-D-Train) and featuring percussion master, Mtume. Pretty good stuff typical of the scene at the time and a great addition to any proper jazz funk collection.
- Dreamy groovy jazz funk. Quality album and surprised it has not had more attention. Not one to sleep on.
