"Contact your service provider.` i use the airtel prepaid..."

It says "not able to connect. Contact your service provider.` I use the AIRTEL prepaid service and have around Eight Hundred rupees balance. The enqiry gave me number 7070 to call up and enquire. But they don`t have an answer. A prerecorder voice says the mobile does not have such a service.

You may restart your device. if it still not working you may do factory reset. Make sure you keep a back up of your device before doing factory reset.

I TRIED FOR SEVERAL DAYS OF HELP, FINALLY GOT A REPRESENTATIVE THAT SUGGESTED I REBOOT THE DEVICE AND THEN IT WORKED PROPERLY.

You click the options menu in the tool bar (the tool key) change settings to search 2G then refresh the signal.
