Hello Chris_211_
Welcome to the Microsoft Community.
It sounds like you're experiencing a recurring issue with your Wi-Fi adapter driver on your Lenovo Yoga 7i running Windows 11. Performing a factory reset is a drastic measure that should generally be a last resort. Here are some steps you can take to troubleshoot and hopefully resolve the issue without resorting to a factory reset:
This method solves the problem for most people. If the WLAN and Bluetooth icons are missing, and the network adapter in the device manager cannot find the wireless network card device or the light icon, we can try to use the restart method to release static electricity. First, shut down the computer. In the shutdown state, unplug the power adapter and all external devices such as the mouse, USB flash drive, and mobile hard disk. Press and hold the power button (power button) for about 15 seconds, and finally plug in the power supply and other peripherals and turn on and restart normally.
Update Wi-Fi Adapter Driver:
Open Device Manager by right-clicking on the Start button and selecting it from the menu.
Expand the Network adapters section, find your Wi-Fi adapter, right-click on it, and select Update driver.
Choose Search automatically for updated driver software. If there's an update available, follow the prompts to install it.
If Windows doesn't find a new driver, visit the Lenovo support website, search for your model, and download the latest Wi-Fi driver from there.
Roll Back Driver (If recently updated):
If the issue started occurring after a recent driver update, you might want to roll back to the previous driver version.
In Device Manager, right-click on your Wi-Fi adapter under Network adapters, and select Properties.
Go to the Driver tab and click on Roll Back Driver, if the option is available.
Uninstall and Reinstall Wi-Fi Adapter Driver:
In Device Manager, right-click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select Uninstall device.
Check the box to Delete the driver software for this device if available, and confirm.
After uninstallation, click on the Action menu in Device Manager and select Scan for hardware changes. This will prompt Windows to reinstall the driver.
Reset Network Settings:
If none of the above steps work, try resetting your network settings. This will reinstall network devices and set settings back to their defaults.
Go to Settings > Network & Internet > Advanced network settings > Network reset. Click on Reset now.
BIOS Update and Reset:
Ensure your laptop's BIOS is up to date. Visit the Lenovo support website for the latest BIOS update for your model.
Consider resetting the BIOS to its default settings, but be cautious with this step as it affects your entire system. Refer to your laptop's manual or online resources for guidance.

If you are going to modify BIOS Settings, please back up all your personal files first to ensure you do not lose data.
Before proceeding with any of these steps, especially BIOS updates and resets, it's a good idea to back up important data.
If there is anything not clear or I can't understand your problem, please do not hesitate to let me know.
