- KashaMemphis, TN1 contributionSpent a few hours with my husband and 3 year old son. We all had fun! My son could do everything except the huge slides so we watched my husband do them. Food was delicious and not to pricey. Definitely worth the $$$. The only negative was there was a lot of trash around. I just wish they would send out a mass email or text telling you when some parts of the center were closed and for how long. - Lauren L175 contributionsI love that I can see all parts from one place so I can keep an eye on my older two while staying stationary with my baby. I also like that different activities for different age groups are separated. Very affordable & my kids love it! They're actually begging to go back today! I have bad knees and cant go up or down steps but you just walk right in the pool. the is a train for young kids to play on and 2 small slides. - dust049 contributionsI live in Fayetteville but happened to be in Bentonville today. While I was in Bentonville I called to know if the pool would be open this afternoon 05/22/2017. I was on the website prairiegrovearkansas.org which says "Prairie Grove Aquatic Park : Inquiries prior to 05/28 call 479-846-2961". So I called that number and was told that the pool would be open until 4:30. I wanted confirmation so I asked again "You will close at 4:30 today, is that right?", and the person confirmed that the pool would be open until 4:30 today. So my friend and I drove all the way from Bentonville to Prairie Grove. Once we had arrived we were told the pool was closed. I explained the situation but they didn't seem to care so I went back to my car. Then I thought (because I run a business and know what good customer service means) that it wasn't right and went back to ask politely the staff member if I could have a free $4 pass for my next visit. She called her manager and City Hall but told me she couldn't do anything for me. So yes, this is horrible customer service, probably because there is NO competition in the area, this is the only outside pool in the area. We do not feel encouraged to come back to this pool and probably won't. They lost a customer. Extremely expensive, low quality, watered down cheese, lemonade is sugar water with a split lemon in the cup for $9. Stupid prices for low grade food. I literally asked one vendor if he added water to the cheese (which was actually not real cheese but a processed cheese flavored product). No integrity in the food service at all. Felt like a huge get - they get all your money but give you very little value in return. The food was so bad and tasteless, we were not able to eat it - even after paying over $100 for the junk. I don't recommend the food at all. To think that a once in a year much anticipated event result in such a huge disappointment!
