I just had the perfect burger. The meat was perfectly done, the extra cedar, the real potato french fries... And the gloves were a nice touch so you can eat in peace not worrying you will dirty your hands. The fries were also perfectly done,...not to soughy nor to fried..... Just delicious. The serving was great as well. The view is unbelievable.... And all of this a a really great price. I will definitely come again.More
This was the first place we tried having booked into our hotel - the Cider Spritzer at €5 for two being an immediate attraction and we weren’t disappointed. Good choice of meal options from breakfasts, omelettes, salads, sandwiches and burgers. Salami & Cheese toasty, Caesar...salad and burgers we would recommend - all nicely prepared and piping hot. Good service and friendly staff - very reasonable prices. Sweets and cakes also looked good. Nice location with views out to the sea.More
We ate and drank here 3 times while in Sliema for a week. Found it really friendly and attracted locals which is always a good sign. Food is no thrills which makes it even better as you get really fresh and quick food. Highly recommend...the veggie wrap on the sandwich menu for lunch - Full of roast veggies and feta cheese with some wine, spot on!More
English breakfast served on a cold plate, with fried eggs and rashers quite cold. Toast made on a frying pan apparently with only one side having a few black lines. Staff nice. It's more expensive, but lower quality than the neighbouring restaurant, Il-Fortizza.More

We were invited by the promising menu and offer "Classic Beef Burger" including "250grms homemade black angus beef patty" Well this was no black angus but not even beef. I reckon this was pork or at best pork-beef mix but definitely not "black angus beef...patty". You can not get or serve 250 gramms of "black angus beef patty". We were both very hungry and ate the burger and I was not in the mood to complain but this is not very nice to lie about the ingredients like this. Service was very friendly and spot on but this patty lie thing left a sour taste in our mouth.More
Having visited Masons numerous times over the last few years because of great food and welcoming staff, unfortunately something has changed. We visited twice in the last 2 weeks. The first was to the usual standard, however when we visited again, the waiter ( we...presume the manager) was very rude when we mentioned the can of beer that was served was flat. It was a dud can that was all, but we suffered abuse and will not be back, We had ordered the food at this point so felt couldn’t leave but it made our experience very uncomfortable. The food was great value for money, just a shame about the management. The other members of staff were very embarrassed. There was no thanks for our custom. I would suggest you avoid and visit some of the other restaurants along tower road or the seafront as I’m sure they will be more welcoming.!!!!More
The food was nice and the atmosphere was good but we did have to wait 40 minutes for our meal, which was due to the kitchen being especially busy. In fairness, they apologised and offered us a complimentary drink so no complaints there. I’d recommend...visiting for the food and the atmosphere.More
We visited several times during our holiday for drinks and snacks/cakes in the afternoons. The restaurant offers a wide range of main meals, snacks, puddings, cakes and drinks, something for everyone, Staff are very helpful. The restaurant is located on Sliema promenade, just opposite the...Preluna hotel, with lovely sea views. It is an open air restaurant by day, and then has awnings, patio heaters and rugs for evenings, so it is versatile for all weather.We really enjoyed our visits here.More
They have the best and most reasonably priced cocktails in the area at 7euro each 6 for an Aperol Spritz which is fab. We enjoyed a late lunch here yesterday in the last of the sun. We had bruschetta, salmon salad and nachos and a bottle of wine for about 45 euros. The food is delicious and the staff are very attentive and friendly. Highly recommend you stop...in for food or refreshments.More
Stopped here after a 3.5 mile walk along the front, was quite busy which is always a good sign. I asked for a table outside and had amazing views over the sea front. Both chaps serving were attentive and friendly. They serve Cisk on tap...which is Maltas own beer, it was ice cold and served in a branded glass I had the Maltese Ftira which was really nice, essentially a tuna sandwich on Maltas own bread. Excellent place to go for dinner and cocktails. My wife and I initially popped in for some happy hour cocktails before planning to go for dinner elsewhere, however as the service was so friendly and the drinks were great we opted for dinner here. Definitely...worth it! Burgers (Classic and Chicken) were delicious and more cocktails were great! Finished with the snickers cheesecake for pudding. Final point - the Albanian (didn’t catch his name) waiter is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about Malta in general. Great service by him too and well deserved tips ! 🥂 5 stars !More
We visited yesterday to Mason's cafe. We had Pasta Bolognese and Chefs Burger. Pasta i tried first time like this amazing Bolognese Pasta. Burger was so juice. I have ordered 2x pinacolada(happy hours) and chicken pasta. The coctails were disgusting… no alcohol at all… pictures attached. Pasta was edible… I recommend to visit another place. Ps you cannot order 2 different coctails
Food and drink menus are really good, portion sizes are big (this seems to be a Malta thing as everywhere we went the portions were big), and the service was good. Friendly staff and a good selection of drinks. Mixers seem to be free.
