Our Story
CareER (pronounced as “Care-E-R”) was established in 2014 by a group of passionate individuals and a university graduate with disability. Standing for ‘Care in Education and Recruitment’, CareER is the first non-profit organisation in Hong Kong to provide charitable job-matching services for employers and candidates with any type of disability and special educational needs (SEN). We are also Hong Kong’s first peer support community and joint-university student/alumni union for students and graduates with disability/SEN for our members to help one another throughout the journey.

CareER provides various career development programmes tailored for students and graduates with disabilities and SEN of age 16 and above to enhance their workplace confidence and explore career possibilities
