The staff are soooo talented!!! Amazing performances!! The food was awful though, which is such a shame. However, because the staff were such wonderful singers it made it worthwhile. Wouldn't eat the food again, but would see the staff perform anytime!!!

We had booked in January for my daughter’s birthday after visiting when The Broadway had just opened. When we arrived the table was at the back but the receptionist/hostess managed to get the kids sorted right near the stage. They were so happy. We didn’t realise that me and my husband would have to stay due to age restrictions but we could sit in the bar area and the kids got that bit of independence they like when being teenagers. The hostess again offered to get us some food and was great in running round making sure we had everything. The kids also had an amazing time and loved the songs that were performed live. Thank you for another lovely experience

Very limited menu options, overpriced, heard 3 live songs in the 1 1/2 hrs we were there, no background music at one point for 20 minutes. The team were friendly and no doubt the singers are talented but such a shame about the rest as it has so much more potential than the poor effort we saw yesterday.

We took our kids for the frozen experience they only sang 3 frozen songs . It was understaffed . Also charging nearly £4 for a Diet Coke out of a big plastic bottle is a joke . Food was quickly served and tasty .

This truly is a little shop of horrors, set in a Frankie and Benny’s graveyard. Before you’re even an hour deep into this experience you’ll be begging for Sweeney Tod to rock up and put you out of your misery. The food is so bad it would give Mrs Lovetts pies a run for their money, and don’t bother googling the menu as little of what is listed on-line is actually on offer. With barely a show tune in sight the ‘cast members’ caterwaul a melody of teeny-bopper hits any 8-year-old would be proud of. Oh, and by the way, that £5 nonrefundable deposit you pay when you book … it doesn’t come off the bill, it’s a ‘ticket price’. Don’t waste your money!

Brilliant experience, food was excellent, would definitely recommend and return for another event. Only disappointed was the £5 deposit you pay per person is not taken off your bill at the end of the night as it says on the website. It’s actually £5 ticket for your place to get in!

The singing was out of this world! Those that sang should be on Broadway in shows their voices were amazing! The food was nice and came out quickly. The menu choice is quite limited however and I found it a struggle to find something I could have as need smaller portions. However that being said it was still lovely food and everyone enjoyed what they got. Definitely go again just for the singing and interaction with the audience. Brilliant!

The person who greets you could be a little more welcoming and smiling It's a great place we took a baby who is 1 and she never stopped smiling and loved the singing. It's an all age experience

We thought the food was beautiful. Feel there could be more of a selection away from Burgers. The last menu had a meatbal sub which changed the menu, but this menu got rid of that. All being said, the food was a beautiful, simple menu but alot of effort goes into the food and it does taste lovely. The service was great and each server sings for you, we felt there wasn't as much entertainment this time than last time but what was watched was great. If you're a musical theatre lover I highly recommend coming here. We will certainly be returning.

Staff are lovely and helpful , amazing singing voices . Now the bad points .... food is absolutely terrible, I paid nearly £16 for a burger and dry frozen chips, that's it all that was on the plate ! Kids meals advertised as 2 courses for £9.95 on website but its dearer when you arrive. Drinks prices different on menu and then we were charged more ( our lovely server did correct this ) in between the lovely staff singing the music really is too loud, you can't have a conversation on the table and the servers can't even hear you when you're placing an order. This was a special treat for my sons 9th birthday as he loves musicals , but die to the bad points above I don't think I will return which is such a shame.

We had a really good night watching the Mamma Mia Experience. My only criticism would be the time we had to wait for our food after ordering but we appreciated that there was a lot of people to serve all at once with it being an experience and we were happy listening to the music as we waited. It was more that we were hungry before we arrived. The food was amazing and the staff were lovely and so talented. Would definitely return

I had to tick one star but i didnt want to tick any We arrived expecting a Motown night only to be told it was a Taylor Swift night So we didnt stay We are really disappointed as it was for a special occasion

This is my 3rd visit the first was amazing it's gone downhill from there. Last two times where with a large group. In Sunday I feel they were short staffed. The table wasn't ready we then waited over 45 minutes for a drink to arrive we weren't asked if we wanted more drinks at any point. One main was forgotten. The salad was amazing but the chicken was like dried bullets. We were asked 3 times if we wanted dessert but no menus and then forever to order. Then it was wrong. Not enough cutlery I just felt like I was constantly asking for missing things. The staff were lovely just over run. And give. It was the end of that service slot it wasn't even full. We only had 3 live songs in 2 hours. I had brought friends who had never been before I think they were disappointed. The bill is also complicated and it was wrong. They also don't serve hot drinks which seems daft an cost them about £20 quid as we all would have ordered one The food is fine the staff friendly.

We arrived on time, yet our table was not ready and needed to be cleaned. After waiting 5-10 minutes, we were shown to our table. There was mess under the table from previous diners (napkins and a chip or two). We then ordered drinks. These took way too long to arrive and we had to ask where our drinks were after about 10 minutes of waiting. We then ordered our food. The menu is extremely limited, however we were told that they were out of stock of chicken burgers, so we were offered a chicken burger made of chicken tenders/goujons instead. I ordered a starter, and we ordered two kids meals for our children - we asked the kids meals to come with my starter. However, all food came at once (after a 20-30 minute wait) - including my starter with the main meal. This was queried but we were told it was just how it is. If I had known this, I wouldn't have ordered a starter. As we were eating, several tables near us left, however the tables were not cleared for quite some time. There were napkins and food on the floor, for the duration of our visit. The actual restaurant itself needs some TLC. To the right when you enter is a curtained off area but you can clearly see behind it, and it is just a dump (storage). The bar area is not appealing at all. It has old taps from when it was Frankie & Benny's that are no longer in use. The bar is not well lit and not at all inviting. As we were waiting for our table, we were not invited to get a drink. Oh and whilst we were there we probably heard about 3-4 songs from the waitresses. They all seemed to have the same voice - perhaps pre-recorded and miming? I couldn't be sure. The whole place seemed to be operated by a group of theatre students who weren't really focused on delivering a good dining experience. The food was OK- not the best but not the worst. Pulled this up from an overall one star rating to two stars. I won't be going back, and we have not recommended it to family or friends.

I need to start by saying the singers were fantastic . However, everything else was a complete shambles. We booked for Sunday afternoon Disney singalong. We were there 2.5 hrs and they only sang three songs wandering about the venue . No singalong no interaction with children or adults . Food took ages to come and we were billed incorrectly . It’s a great concept that needs further thought and investment - there were only about 6 staff on- one in the kitchen and the rest were waitresses/singers . The staff did their best bless them but there just wasn’t enough of them . I’d avoid until this is rethought !

Staff were amazing, food was ok but would prefer more choice, unfortunately the table next to us although there was only 3 people on it spoke really loud all the way through, which I find quite rude when people are singing, this is by no means the responsibility of the staff, the staff doing the singing, waiting on and bar worked really well together to provide a really good evening.

After reading negative reviews prior to arriving wasn’t sure what to expect. The talent at Broadway is unreal! The singers are amazing, polite and interactive. I took my daughter who has additional needs, to the Disney experience. The staff in Broadway couldn’t be anymore helpful and friendly with her, this has been one of the few places I have taken her and she’s enjoyed the whole experience. Food was as expected in a diner, price matched.

The waitresses were lovely but some parents couldn't keep their children under control and it ruined the atmosphere for everyone else. I also emailed twice in the week before to ask about allergens and got no response either time and when we arrived there was only 1 thing my friend with a milk allergy could eat, we could've planned ahead if we'd had a response to the emails.

I received a phone call at 4:30 pm to let me know it was an event night now so my 7:15 reservation was now 8pm, The menu that we were given was significantly reduced from the menu on their website . The food was poor , nobody could eat the burgers , smelt and tasted odd. The chicken burgers came out uncooked and were sent back , they then came back smelling strange with a weird look so they were not eaten either. I asked to speak to the manager to be told they had already left ! They did take 2 meals of the bill and 2 drinks. The staff were lovely and they only found out about the reduced menu that night as well , I felt quite sorry for them having to deal with all the complaints! Then to find out this morning that they had informed open table that I didn't attend !! Unbelievable

1st off the staff are lovely and they are all friendly and welcoming but I’m afraid that’s only really nice bit about the place was very disappointed. Walked in and place smelt like a backed up toilet. Looks really run down and food is really basic for the price. Not to mention the £10 deposit we paid doesn’t come off your bill on the night which we didn’t know so we found it an expensive night for what it was. Sorry but I wouldn’t recommend

Absolutely amazing, i would highly recommend this diner to any musical theatre fan it was an amazing experience. The food was delicious and very fast and the service was wonderful. The staff were friendly and very welcoming and helpful, and amazing performers their singing was incredible, i attended with my sister and dad, my dad is not a musical theatre enthusiast but the staffs interaction during performances still made him enjoy himself just as much as we did. The atmosphere was marvellous with the light changing to match the performances, and the whole interior was lovely and comfortable. There was a range of songs from different musicals played throughout, and during the 1hour and 15 mins we were there we saw 5 live song performances all from different musicals whilst still recieving fast service. I will definitely be going back again to see more performances and enjoying the atmosphere and food. Thank you for such an phenomenal experience

Absolutely shocking! Place is scruffy. Food disgusting. Absolute waste of money and time. Had to go and eat elsewhere. Food was barely touched and nothing was said! Will never return and definitely would not recommend!

Amazing concept let down by the food The performers were especially talented and made it an experience for my sons birthday but the food was generally fried and was served within 5 minutes of ordering! The descriptions are misleading, both myself and my sister ordered what we thought was a Cesar salad but it came as a burger, the wings never stated that they had a spicy glaze on them and when we queried they said they could make more plain but we would be charged! £220 for 6 of us was too expensive for fast food
