I've been going to Oh-Soon for customized massages at the Towson location for years -- she is truly gifted. She's also committed to her own continued learning of new techniques. I am amazed each time I go for a massage how even more able she is to determine what muscles need work and how to make me feel a million times better. She's outstanding in all areas - a real professional committed to her clients and to About Faces.

I have been going to Olga since May, 2015, when I decided to have her cut and color my hair prior to my wedding, held in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I did not know which direction to go with my hair, but I knew it was important to get it right for pictures. She asked me a bunch of questions and came up with a game plan that was very of-the-moment, but still very classic and beautiful. Since then I have kept following her lead and have received compliments about my hair color and style/cut from everyone: my Jamaican wedding hair dresser at Iberostar called it "the best coloring job she's ever seen!", friends, family, acquaintances and even perfect strangers hail hair compliments.
She is a master at coloring and her haircuts look fresh for quite some time. I was out of town through November, December and January, not being able to get my regular trim. Olga's haircut and color still looked fresh and laid beautifully after months of neglect, so though I felt worn out from traveling, my hair was still on point.
I have joined the cult-like following I hear she has and make my next appointment before I leave the building. A wine of glass or coffee and great conversation she offers doesn't hurt the experience. I love Olga as a stylist, and after just one visit, you will too!

Over the last month I had two massages from Oh-Soon -- perhaps the best of 100s I've had in my life -- she's incredible. Rebecca gave me a fantastic facial and introduced me to G. Collin products from Montreal for sensitive skin for which I'm grateful. Sheryl provided a great wax and tinted and shaped my eyebrows and lashes in both a natural and tasteful way to enhance my natural gifts. I will be going back frequently!

I have veen an About Faces customer for a long time. I have two "5-servide packages" in my file now, and the services have been good. However, they have just lost a customer. I just spent over $500 for five services, and on the shallec manicure service the nail technition told me I would be charged an additional $25 just o remove the polish that had been put there by another salon. (There would be no charge if it had been there from About Faces.) Since it takes about 10 minutes to remove the old polish, that is $2.50 a minute! That is an outragous charge! There are several other good salons in the area which are less expensive and do NOT charge to remove polish put there by another salon. I will use up my packages at About Faces since they are already paid for, but the other salons will now have my business in the future.

I saw Constance for a Partial Highlight and Cut. She did an AMAZINGGGG job!! Exactly what I wanted ! She was very friendly and professional. She gave me tips on how to take care of my hair and what I should/should not do when using heat, brushes, etc. I had a great experience here and am definitely coming back! Go to Constance when you go to AboutFaces! :)

I decided to go from super long to short hair and I didn't request any particular hair stylist. I was assigned Jeff, and he went very slowly, inch by inch, until I was satisfied with the length. He was very supportive and helpful when choosing my style. This place is high enough quality and trustworthy that no matter who you have style your hair, you will be in great hands.

I had a blast at About Faces Day Spa & Salon. I went in for a Classic Manicure & Pedicure but enjoyed the experience itself. A dear friend comes here regularly and while visiting she recommended we go together. It is different than salons I have visited before. Most of the ladies are from the Ukraine and have been working here for 30+ years. There are a lot of people! Tamara did my pedicure and really set the atmosphere. They want you to relax and have a good time! I was offered wine/coffee/tea/water, and provided a small cheese/cracker/fruit/cookie plate and chocolate. Wine is not top shelf and the refreshments (grapes, club crackers, colby squares) are not super fancy - but that they offered and put together a refreshment plate made my day. It felt like they cared and wanted me to have a good time. The massage chairs are nice but I really enjoyed the banter. They stretched my toe color choice (I feel like a wild woman - but you could probably get whatever color you really wanted) and found a new nail color that I luv. (It wasn't on the wall but Anna knew just what to recommend/use.) It was different and fun. After service tips are provided in envelopes at the front desk.
