Sasuke is trying to copy how his brother lived in a more insane and psychopathic way. Itachi even realized and told Sasuke that it was a mistake. When will he finally grow up and learn from his brother's mistakes instead of repeating them?

The lack of music was such an artistic move, I wish they even left it out for the flashback.

the real question is... how do they hear each other that far away??

Really disappointing how Sakura still hasn't evolved as a character since early Shippuden. I gave up on Shippuden at around episode 250 but I came back for the final fight. Disappointed with how much Sasuke repeats things he's said before.

Don't worry, Sauske. We've hated you from the start.

Sasuke has a technical thinking way, a very powerful logic vision, and his is always using his brain other than Naruto who is full controlled by his fellings... I lik' em both ;)

You have to be impressed that these two guys saved everyone and still have the chakra/stamina to duke their emo hearts out... I'm impressed. XD

why couldnt Sasuke just die and get replaced by Itachi. Itachi and Naruto would be one of the best bromance. This doesnt make sense at all, just dragging the plot to make them two fight is just stupid.

I really love the directing in this episode. I'm glad they so carefully thought it out. Especially the music, or lack of.

I absolutely love how there's no music over this fight. Adds so much to the intensity of the fight

I didn't realize a fight without a bunch of screaming and pauses to talk were possible in shounen. That was such a great start though. Nothing fancy or over the top, just a good ole fashion tit for tat. Didn't want to blink at all.

Im not saying Sasuke was right but he did have a point. A single focal point for everyone's animosity can unite people. Often times in history people came together simply because they shared a common enemy.

The translation is a bit off. around 5:50, naruto really meant, "Its not enough for you to understand Itachi. There are times when you need to work together. The fight with Kaguya was the same, wasn't it?"

Its like ya we fought obito...hes good, we fought madara...still evil but not as .... we fought kaguya she dead and still evil....We cant end it here. OOOH i know lets let naruto fans finally get the fight they have wanted for YEARS!

I would've loved it if there was a scene that explicitly states that the only reason Sasuke's doing this is because he's hoping that either Naruto or someone else will finally kill him
