A very happy Mother’s Day for me! We got a lovely table, a great server (Jonny), food was fabulous. I ordered something that has gluten in it and Jonny helped me substitute an ingredient as I’m celiac. Loved the whole experience. Thank you!!

We had a pleasant Mother’s Day brunch. The food and service were acceptable. It was a busy day and the noise level was loud.

Very nice day, a little cool outside, but the patio had the heaters going so it was comfortable! Great food! Waiters were very patient and helpful.

We went for Mother’s Day brunch. It was not that crowded. Waited 45 minutes for food after ordering and every dish was cold when it arrived plus my daughter’s had a hair in it. Nothing we ordered was particularly tasty. Even my husband’s coffee came with half of it spilled into the saucer. The manager comped our meal but we will never return. Very negative experience and we are not particularly fussy diners.

Although we got to the restaurant and we had a table ready, the rest of the experience was very disappointing. First my coffee was not very good, then the veggie scramble was cold and the vegetables minimal, sweet potatoes super hard, asparagus hard with no tender parts. Not good at all. Then we ordered dessert and it was very poorly presented. At home I can do a much better job. I probably will not return to this restaurant.

I am a huge fan of true food kitchen! There is nothing on the menu that I have tried that wasn’t outstanding. I love the location in Bethesda and tried the Rio location for the first time looking for a slightly quieter environment for conversation with a friend. Outdoors would’ve been perfect except it was a little chilly and we hadn’t prepared well for that, so we moved inside. In doing so, the weight staff took exceptionally long to change our waitress and then we had to ask to be served. The second waitress that came along was very prompt and took our drink and food order right away. We did not wait long to eat which was excellent and of course the food was fabulous as always! Only gave four stars due to the fact that while it was pretty empty, the staff was not as attentive as we would have hoped.

Second time in a month I’ve had brunch here. Slow service, kitchen took a long time to prepare the food despite the restaurant being less than half full, and today my food was cold and the chicken was dry like cardboard. My daughter’s was hot, so mine must have been sitting there waiting for hers for a while. For the price, I expect better service and better food.
