As Sean's fate becomes clear to the Donnelly siblings, an antsy Jimmy stews in a holding cell.

Run like hell--Tommy gets pulled into Jimmy and Kevin's bookmaking action when he realizes the guy about to get busted for not paying is his friend Maxwell (guest star John Lavelle).

As Jimmy tries to protect Sean, Tommy joins forces with Kevin to collect payments.

Tommy, who seems to be emerging as the head of the neighborhood, helps a woman drive away drug dealers from her building, but he may get conned in the process.

Kate helps Tommy get a job at an art studio, as he attempts to separate himself from the business and move toward his dream of painting.

Dokey asks Tommy and his brothers to clear out a building of junkies, in order to test his fledgling partnership with the brothers.

Reilly asks Tommy for help after he is ordered to vacate his building.

Tommy goes after Lino, the guy he believes is the threat to Reilly's diner. Tommy decides to make a deal with Nicky.

Tommy and Jimmy both have their own ideas on how to save the family. Tommy hatches a plan to get the family, along with Jenny and Joanie, out of town.
