Jerome (Jerry) Bresler was an American conductor, songwriter, musician and film producer. He played piano at the age of 2 and conducted the NYU orchestra at 14. He won an Oscar in 1944 as co-producer for Heavenly Music as Best Live Action Short and subsequently had two other nominations for two-reel short films. One of his most famous musical compositions was Five Guys Named Moe.
