Had Bucs tendered restricted free agent guard Aaron Stinnie, would have been $2.1 million — his one-year deal agreed to today is for $1.25 million, with playtime incentives that can push it up to the tender amount. Stepped up huge in playoffs in his first three NFL starts.

The Tampa Bay Buccaneers brought back a key member of their offensive line Wednesday, agreeing to a new one-year contract with guard Aaron Stinnie.
Stinnie’s new deal is worth $1.25 million, with a chance for more money if he hits certain playing time incentives, per Greg Auman of The Athletic.
Stinnie spent most of the 2020 season as a reserve, but was thrust into the starting lineup in the playoffs after right guard Alex Cappa suffered a season-ending injury. He stepped up in a big way as the Bucs ran the table in the postseason and won the Super Bowl, and he’ll be a key depth piece heading into the 2021 season.
