Jean Grey-Summers, X-Men (vol. 1) #1 (1963). She is the fifth, and final of the team's founding members, although she had met Xavier before the series. She is the wife of Scott Summers, "Cyclops." She was killed by Kuan-Yin Xorn in New X-Men (vol. 1) #150 (2004), and was later resurrected by the Phoenix Force in X-Men: Phoenix Endsong as White Phoenix of the Crown. Currently in the "White-Hot Room" with other incarnations of the Phoenix Force. Powers: Possesses vast telekinesis and telepathy.
As the template of the Phoenix Force, she is able to generate enormous amounts of energy, and she can convert herself into pure energy. Can also manipulate objects on a subatomic scale with her telekinesis.
