These rings are not high quality

These rings are not high quality, they bend and warp with slight pressure. The customization looks like you can do it yourself at home.

Refund process is horrible. Their online promise for refunds is, “you will receive your refund within 30 days from the date of receipt.” I sent back a $1,000 order, waited the 30 day window and called customer care, they told me they had received it and would process within 10-14 business days (this is on top of the 30 day promise). I waited again and I called at 20 business days - they said it would be another 7-10 business days due to a “credit delay.”

I have yet to receive my refund. I will not buy from here again. I don’t recommend you buy from here either. There are too many great jewelers out there then to have your money tied up with this company. Learn from my mistake and go to the next best company.

Awful customer service and experience

Bought a birthstone ring for my wife that our kids birthstones on it. Bought on 6/29/22, it’s 7/18/22 and I still don’t have it. Paid for expedited shipping, they tell me shipping delay, updates to come. Customer service people aren’t friendly or sympathetic just robots trained to say the same thing. Awful experience, awful customer service.

I just got my order of birthstone…

I just got my order of birthstone charms and they are FABULOUS! The colors are amazing and the size and price are PERFECT. I have to reiterate how much I love Slate and Tell. Your customer service, selection and prices are top notch and I love that you’re up the hill from me so I always get my stuff in record time. I’m a huge fan of you all!

First of all…trash.

First of all, I purchased the stacking mothers ring w/ 3 birthstones for over $100. I haven’t even had the ring on my finger for 24 hours and it’s green! I’m so mad. I could’ve gone with another company but decided against it. NEVER will I buy from this company again!!

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS they are…

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS they are just dropshipping garbage quality products from china and have no sense of customer service. They have gone completely silent after I attempted to return an item, I've had to report them to Shopify, Facebook and my credit card company as well as dispute the charges. If you have had a similar experience I recommend reporting them as well on Instagram and Facebook which is where they are acquiring their customers.
