Full Members News: They’re Up For T’Cup (Semi Final)!

Readers will no doubt be interested which of our Former Player members are able to join us and 36,000 members of the Sky Blue Army at Wembley tomorrow afternoon.

All will be eager to see if Mark Robins men can cause another F.A.Cup upset this season after removing top division Wolverhampton Wanderers from the Quarter Final at Molineux.

Everyone in the Sky Blue family will be willing on their team to remove top Premier League side Manchester United (MR’s alma mater) from the Cup at the Semi Final stage to meet Chelsea or the ‘’other’ Manchester side in the Wembley Final later this month. Stranger things have happened!

To the best of our knowledge, as well as Michael Mifsud and Steve Ogrizovic commentating for BBC CWR and Gary McSheffrey doing the same for ITV1 & ITVX we expect the following Former Player CCFPA members to be in attendance at Wembley this Sundayfor the titanic struggle against the Red Devils (ko 3.30pm):-

There may be others we are not yet aware of. They span pretty much the last sixty years of Sky Blue playing prowess and include at least three of the renowned ‘Boys of 87’ who brought the F.A.Cup back from Wembley to Cov in May 1987.
