We stayed at Palmaia House of Aia for one week and it was incredible. The service was impeccable and so kind, they always checked to make sure we were happy and satisfied. The food was on another level, they have plant based options as well as regular and each item was delicious. They have many restaurants that switch each night with seriously some of the most beautiful food I have had. The beach was fantastic and the pool is very nice as well. Their beach club area is beautiful and you can order food there was well. They have paddle boards and little beds by the ocean that have full service food and drink.
The decor was flawless and our room was cleaned every night to perfection with a turn down service in the evening.
They have yoga and wellness activities on a beautiful deck each day. The gym and spa are literally in the jungle.

We truly felt blessed to have had such a wonderful time and found such a wonderful unique experience like this.

We would love to give a shout out to our Nomadics guides Edgardo, Eduardo, and Adam. We also would like to thank the rest of the Palmaia staff.

Don’t miss out on this place!

I’m not sure where to begin. We just came back after spending 6 days of absolute perfection. It was hard to find anything worthy of complaining about so I’ll instead focus on what you are actually interested in hearing about for your potential vacation here. The service is BEYOND anything we’ve ever experienced. I’ve vacationed in some “fancy” places… and this service surpassed. From the greeting at the reception, to the concierge (nomadic) guide (BETO) that offered to plan, organize and check in throughout… to EVEN the last day where Ed picked up all our belongings and took care of everything… literally so we can just leave breakfast, get in trolley and go to the check out. He even went out of his way to package something I made there in an art class (and no… I didn’t ask him to!)

The food!!! OMG. I’m gluten free and vegan. Let me say this place caters to you in every way. MIND BODY AND BELLY. Lol
It is a VEGAN persons DREAM. And being all inclusive you can try it all!!!

One night they arranged (without us asking) a special dinner on beach. When weather was iffy they rearranged everything to have it in a private wine room! WAIT. It gets better. Chris , our server was awesome, took such good care of us… tequila. Saki galore! Lol

And half way through the general manager shows up to see how we are. Can I explain… this was at night. The resort was only 10% full, so he intentionally knew we were at the restaurant, in this room and came to check on our experience. WOW!

BEACH vibes are amazing. Is there an abundance of seaweed? Yes lol but they do clean it , and honestly how can you complain? You’re like steps from the water. They have BEAUTIFUL brand new outdoor couches, bean bag lounge chairs and honestly the most luxurious set up around! The decor is something you’d find in a magazine.

And YOGA!! Omfg. Susana is incredible. I lead yoga retreats around the world, and I’m a teacher myself. She was fantastic.
The sound healing as well! He is incredible. I was in a happy coma for an hour! Lol

I’m so sad I missed a bunch of names of all the incredible staff. Enrique (wait staff) , Beto, Ed, Joanna, and every other person who waited on us hand and foot.

The rooms are breathtakingly stunning and clean!!! Room service all the time! (Our favorite lol)

PLEASE check out this place. It is environmentally conscious, plant based and a vacation you will never forget!!!

I have to admit that I had very high expectations after reading all of the stellar reviews, and quite frankly, I was still blown away. If you are even slightly considering Palmaïa for a relaxing experience for your body, mind and soul, do not hesitate. Just book it. Every aspect of the resort is so thoughtfully and beautifully designed and executed... The rooms are gorgeous and comfortable — I highly recommend the swim out suites, so fun! The beach is spectacular and private and the cabanas are awesome. The food is INCREDIBLE and available 24/7. Every member of the staff is warm and over-the-top accommodating. I stayed for an entire week and never left the resort. There are wonderful activities to take advantage of, Pranayama was my favorite! I’d personally like to mention and thank Thalia and Reyna at the Avalon Salon for an amazing day of pampering and for their genuine kindness... Andres for being my friendly guide, Alejandro for taking good care of me at Su Casa every single day of my stay, Alberto for keeping me hydrated on the beach all day long...Panchito for running around and entertaining me at breakfast ... There are so many more... Carlos, Sergio, Edgardo, Eduardo, Gustavo, Iran at the front desk... Thank you all for your warmth and attention. This being my first solo traveling experience, I couldn’t have chosen a better place to feel welcomed and cared for. I’m
Already looking forward to my return.

Beautiful setting, the beach is pristine, natural and just gorgeous. I had a swim out suite with ocean view and it was spacious and comfortable. Love the Nespresso and natural products.
The staff are lovely and nothing is too much trouble. Alex, (Alejandro) Pablo and Sarah took exceptional care of me at Su Casa and Ephraim was a great server in the evening restaurants. The food is excellent, I’m not vegan but I enjoyed the plant based dishes, which were exquisitely presented. Meat and fish options are always available. Andrew who drove me in the golf cart was a great asset to the team too. This is a great place to kick off your shoes and relax. The resort was quiet but overall has a very relaxing vibe not a party palace at all! Larissa and the other nomadic guides were very friendly and responsive on WhatsApp. A digital map would be helpful. I’m sure some guests don’t even know about the cenote and plunge pools. Thanks for a lovely relaxing stay- I will be back!

This was a much needed break for all of us!! Not only parents but the kids too…Such soulful music and activities (kids and adults) Each person (staff, manager, etc.) is connected with the concept of wellness and sustainability.

We were welcomed by a gentleman with a broad smile although not seen because of the mask but the twinkle in the eyes said it all … the refreshing water offered, the keys to room, the no plastic bottles for water (what do they do instead let it be a surprise when you visit) and the sustainable environment friendly decor.. it felt just right!!
We went directly to eat as we were hungry, and the vegan restaurant surprised us with the quality of food. And every restaurant we tried was equally epic … the food truck ‘O MY GOD’ just a must go!! I personally loved the Mediterranean too .. the Asian restaurant was very creative and many new things to try.. it’s a total veggie delight!
The rooms are clean spic and span , quite spacious and comfortable.
Last but very very important the staff is brilliantly trained to just smile and welcome all the time and they are so hard working .. kudos to each one making us feel just at home away from our home.

A huge THANK YOU for making our stay so awesome.
