I spent a night in Sing Yin at the W hotel, but what increased the fun was the tasty cuisine and the service by Roy and Genie. We ordered the hairy crabs which recommended by the receptionist for a friend who came overseas and what is surprised me is their caring service. Staffs will separate the crab meat from the shell for our friend who didn’t know how to eat. At the end of the dinner, Roy also arranged complimentary dessert for me as my birthday. I hope to meet them soon. My greetings to them and thanks to them for the nice dinner.

My friend and I celebrated a memorable birthday dinner buffet where Barry and Danielle provided impeccable service. They greeted us warmly, guided us to our table, and comforted us throughout the evening.
Their attentiveness and knowledge of the buffet menu enhanced our dining experience. The buffet was outstanding, featuring a diverse selection of delectable dishes that satisfied every palate. From appetizers to desserts, each item was expertly prepared, especially the macaroons, which had a super chewy and moist interior with different flavors, chocolate, raspberry, and coffee; they are just so delicious!

W Hotel generally provides good food quality, excellent staff service, and a playful interior atmosphere!

GYM, sauna, jacuzzi, pool and facilities in general is great! Great service from front desk to concierge to housekeeping is awesome, especially from Alex Chung (Loyalty Manager) made the stay truly memorable!
