Employees who are already on-boarded on e-HRMSv2 (earlier cscms) (employees/Nodal Officers/ CCA belonging to CSS, CSSS, CSCS Cadres)
No change(s) are required except use of url: https://training.e-hrms.gov.in/ (even if the url of https://cscms.nic.in is used, the user will be re-directed to eHRMSv2 only). They continue to avail services, as is being availed now.
Category B
If the Employee is part of e-HRMSv1 and working in any Ministry/ Department and the Ministry/Department is already on-boarded on e-HRMSv2 but Min/Dept/Org Controlling Authority is still not part of e-HRMSv1 or e-HRMSv2

Employee & Nodal Officer are part of e-HRMSv1 but MDO and its Nodal officer /CCA is not part of e-HRMSv2

On-boarding of Nodal officer and/or CCA
Note: An employee looking after both cadre related matters and service related matters, can act as Nodal Officer/CCA. If service matters are handled by one officer and Min/Dept/Org related matters are handled by other officer, two different persons would be holding the Roles of Nodal Officer & CCA.
Role of only Nodal Officer, please provide the following details (of the rank of US or above)
- Name
- Designation
- Name of Min/Dept/Org
- email id (gov/nic only) (in case gov/nic email is not available, the employee may be asked to Apply for the same & Department may recommend so that NIC will provide the email id)
- mobile number (linked with aadhar)
Role of only CCA, please Provide the following details (of the rank of US or above)
- Name
- Designation
- Name of Min/Dept/Org
- email id (gov/nic only) (in case gov/nic email is not available, the employee may be asked to Apply for the same & Department may recommend so that NIC will provide the email id)

- Name of Service(s) for which Role of CCA is required

Neither the Employee nor the Nodal Officer and or Min/Dept/Org Controlling Authority (CCA) is part of either eHRMSv1 or eHRMSv2
