All CDs are held in slim cardboard sleeves with artwork reproductions and individual Catalog Numbers. The book states all of CD3 is 'previously unreleased' however tracks 3-2, 3-4 and 3-12 featured on 2011's The Gathering Sound as "Jam 1", "Jam 2" and "It's A Fine Line" respectively. Track 4-1 recorded live at The Palace, Los Angeles 11-23-92. Tracks 4-9 & 4-11 are previously unreleased.
