Hi Hala Alkloub
Thanks for using Microsoft products and posting in the community.
I know you're having trouble with your account being locked and I understand how you feel.
Your "Try another authentication method" message is related to excessive or repeated requests for alternate email or phone numbers over a short period of time, so you may want to wait a little while before trying again or try a different network to get the captcha. Specific measures can be viewed at this link :Troubleshooting verification code issues - Microsoft Support
If you've tried all the verification methods and they don't work , you can choose to fill out the account recovery form and provide any information you've ever used.
Help with the Microsoft account recovery form - Microsoft Support
Below are some tips that can help you successfully pass verification, which is helpful if you are using a device that was previously used to log in to your account and using a location where you regularly use that device to fill out forms.
1. Please fill in the personal information you entered when you registered for this account or any personal information you changed.
Please enter more than one possible password (e.g., ABC1234, ABC1234, ABC1234, ABC1234) in the "Other password you used for this account" field and do not leave this field blank.
Select the Xbox console you are using and fill in the Xbox Gamer ID and the associated Host/Device ID.
Because account issues are personal to you, as a public forum, and in order to protect your privacy, if the above information does not help you, we recommend that you contact Microsoft Online Technical Support by clicking on the link below.
In the "We will work for you at any time" box below, enter MSA, click "Get Instructions," and then click "Contact Customer Support" below.
In this section, you need to register a personal Microsoft account
Note: You can only use a personal MSA to register, and the company account cannot display the correct content. If the account can't be connected, you can use another account or create a new account to run;
Select "Other Products" under Products & Services, select "Manage account security" as the category, and click to confirm
You can select "Chat with support specialists in the web browser" to enter the chat window.
Your understanding is highly appreciated! Hope you are keeping safe and well.
Best Regards,
