I used my app. to isolate an acoustic guitar on Waiting on a Friend .You can clearly hear the acoustic guitar , especially after 2.29.So there are at least two maybe 3 guitars on the song plus the bass which Taylor may have played

lol I've been telling people for years there's an acoustic guitar on that track!

Only the electric rhythm guitar is from the 1972 sessions, the acoustic is from the overdub sessions in 1980 and 1981. Wyman is on bass.

May we hear that acoustic guitar, please?

Why add an acoustic guitar that is inaudible anyway...

I can hear it. It's quite percussive and adds to the rhythm of the song.

At 75, Mick's looking younger and healthier than in years.

I don’t know how to, but check out separate tracks apps.where you easily take out instruments and vocals

There is an outtake where they record the acoustic, and for years I didn't hear an acoustic on the final released version so I thought they deleted the overdub. Now I can hear it, but only at the end of the song, with headphones.

Great to see he looks healthy. A pity he doesn't perform anymore. He's the youngest Rolling Stone alive after all.

As an audiophile with electrostatic headphones I must confess that I never ever heard an acoustic guitar on WAOF, not on any track.

With track separation apps., which you can google, you can remove all the instruments and listen to the acoustic guitar .It is very clear, particularly the last minute of the Tatoo you official release.

I can hear it on the original bootleg from the Goats sessions though.
