Reviews
- Sounds great, looks great, but my copy is not glad. First five seconds of "I'm A Kingbee" are a tilt-a'whirl with the warp.
- This is the fifth time I've bought this album in one form or another, and thankfully it is the best! I bought the ice-blue Amazon exclusive pressing of the US mix a few months ago but this one is clearly superior. Flat, no discernible clicks and pops, and smooth, rich sound. All the instruments sound rich and full. Closest thing to an "audiophile quality" pressing I've ever heard of this music. Grab it while it's still reasonable.
- Just received this from the resale market after not getting to my local record store early enough. Pretty good pressing. Flat and quiet. Sounds great
- Record crackles slightly in a few places when playing. I have to clean it, but do you have the same problem?
- Edited 27 days agoLong time Stones fan but I have to admit this was missing from my collection and I’m glad to have it now. The pressing sound great and the mono dynamics are pretty vibrant and rich. Especially the whistling in “Walking The Dog”! I like the embossed insert which would be cool framed and the embossed numbered pressing on the back of the single sleeve jacket (with obi strip) adds a nice exclusive touch. Mine is #04205 out of 13000. I’m glad to finally fill this missing piece in my Stones collection.
- Typical RSD BS, sell an existant mastering (granted not available for individual purchase), add colour wax as an OBI, make it limited to create FOMO… could have tried doing a AAA job or even making a high quality jacket with foldovers… glad for people who are happy with it, but they clearly take you for cash cows…
