Definitely not worth the time spent.
Definitely a tourist attraction type place and not much emph on the animals or conservation / protection.
Main puroose if the park is to keep the crowds of families moving / driving thru and to sell visitors as much junk as possible.
Very disappointing!

Frida gave a very descriptive tour of the entire guided journey inside the zoo. Q&A was amazing. Extreme attention to detail. Thank you Frida. We will visit again soon.

This place was absolutely beautiful! Seeing the animals in their own habitat is unfortunately not something you always experience.
After we went in with our car, we found the safari cars so we went back out again to get it! It was very much worth it! It's called open air exclusive experience, with a guide. Luckily, they took some time to find us someone who speaks English and they found Liz. She is extremely friendly and funny. She explained every tiny detail, she also told us the stories of each species - how they found them, how they were transported, how they were born and their families' stories! She also constantly asked if we're comfortable or need to use the restrooms, and took PERFECT pictures of us in a Lion King spot and with the lions!😊
When they told us there's no guide that speaks English we thought to ourselves that's fine we know the animals and how they look but we were absolutely wrong😁
Honestly, the experience wouldn't have been the same if it wasn't for her.

We had an amazing experience at Africam Safari! Highly recommended.
We did a special experience / experience exclusiva to see the Rhino and it was a once in a lifetime experience. Our guide Mario really made it special, telling us about the rhino and teaching us how to safely pet him and feed him.
There are so many animals to see even without paying extra for a special experience. We particularly enjoyed a cuddle from a kangaroo. Just be careful, they do not want to stop cuddling!

One of the best place to spend time with animals in the world. Never expected that it will be something I can stay near and watch all the animals. best experience from Puebla. Lovely place. The place is well maintained. Should try and not to miss it !

I really loved getting to feed the lemurs! We were the first two people to get to have this experience and Mario was excellent at answering all of our questions!

It was AMAZING! Well organized, installations are very well cared for, and the exclusive experiences are AWESOME! A big shout out to Frida, an amazing guide, she us superb, has an amazing attitude and her connection with the animals is beautiful. Dont think it twice, go for it!

This place must be a reference worldwide for wildlife conservation.
The facilities are breathless. The animals in perfect shape. The staff is amazing.
We hired the Giraffes experience for my handicapped sister and it was one of the best moments we ever had. Our guide (sorry for forgetting his name) was patient, full of knowledge and cared about us the most.
It can be a bit pricey to get one of those experiences, but I strongly recommend them.
Tip: there is a point where you can hire a boat to go to a dam... do not doubt on doing it, besides being a beautiful ride, you will be helping the locals who depend on that tourist activity.

Buenas tardes quisiera saber su piedo llevar a mi perro al africam safari o si hay algun lugar ahi donde pueda dejarlo en lo que visito el parque
Hola buenas tardes, quiero ir al África safari, no llevo coche, el detalle que mi transporte de regreso a Chiapas sale a las 6 pm, pueden apoyarme indicando qué transporte tomar para llegar a las 10 am al safari y si puedo retirarme antes de terminar el recorrido, hay transporte?
Hola. Volare a la CDMX y de ahí vamos a agarrar carretera en camión a Puebla. Alguien que me pueda decir cómo es la carretera por favor? Tiene muchas curvas? Barrancos? ..soy miedosa.... gracias

La carretera tiene curvas pero no veo problema para manejar son 3 líneas y es de cuota lo cual de alguna forma es garantía
