James Hong

James Hong is Bruce, is the restaurant manager in The Chinese Restaurant (Season 2 Episode 11).

Jerry, George and Elaine try to bribe Bruce to get a table, but Elaine says she's not gonna do it because bribery «it's a guy thing». That's why Jerry says: «The woman's movement just can't seem to make any progress in the world of bribery, can they?»

While George is expecting news from Tatiana, Bruce get a phone call and yells Cartwright! But nobody comes up. He has to hang up.

Of course George is not Cartwright.
