We can't wait to dive into this year's ocean of games. 2024 is just swirling with exciting new titles, and we want to drown in them. Swimming metaphor aside, this year is seriously stacked. We have long-anticipated reboots, sequels that have been years in the making, last-year titles that have been delayed from 2023 after much hype, and best of all, games with thrilling premises that push the envelope of what it means to be a video game.

2024 is the kind of year that reminds you why your love for video games has persisted your entire life, and why you continue to keep track of what's coming out on the horizon. Updated May 31, 2024 by James Kennedy: And with that, another month has ended. Thankfully, May went out on a high note with more excellent indies - such as Nine Sols - dropping during the last week. Now then, it is time to move on to June. Oddly enough, all the big releases are expansion content. This includes the next expansion for Destiny 2, an enhanced version of Shin Megami Tensei V, and the Elden Ring DLC. Pretty exciting stuff!
