BAH while in-between duty stations and on leave?

PCSing from OCONUS to CONUS. I lived on base, so there was no OHA/BAH being paid out to me. After I out-process from my old base and am in leave status prior to checking into my new base, what location is my BAH payment based off of?

My assumption would be the non-locality rate.

Transient Rate BAH

You get transient BAH. You can get your actual BAH started if you check in prior to leave in the vicinity of your next job. Doing that exact thing in about a month, checking out, flying conus, and checking in before I go on leave or to my schools. Get almost a month at that higher rate before we take possession of the next house.

BAH RC/T until you in process at your new duty station.
