    Enjoyed our first time going.
I actually had fun with it being my first time at Knottsberry. I really enjoyed the water rides (Calico Rapids and the Log Ride). The mine cart ride was slower and less thrilling than I thought and Jaguar was a little bumpy, but still fun and we enjoyed the arcade games. I'm only saying 4 out of 5 because I wish there was more variety with the arcade games and there were some rides that didn't have a lot of leg room for tall people (aka my husband). We both agreed we had fun though.

A great day out - much better than Disney
Visited with teenage kids (13 & 19) on a week day just after the schools went back and found the park to be much quieter than expected. It was almost deserted in the morning but gradually getting a little busier as the day went on. Longest queue time was just over 90 minutes - kids did 19 rides in one day. It was much quieter than Disney (2 days earlier) with better rides for older kids and better grab and go food options. The refillable drinks options proved to be a choice as the day was quite hot.

Summer Nights at Knotts Berry Farm
Spent a Friday at Knotts in August for Summer Nights with my season pass I have only had chance to use a couple times but it's still well worth it if your going more than once during the year. The thing that I wish is I presumed lines would be long and got the Fast Lane... well most of the day till evening on this Friday there were no lines. It added a lot of cost for no real real turn, so be wary of it sometimes. Especially if you only intend on riding your favorites and not repeating them as is usually the case with me. I just don't like lines that much either. I wish they had a limited version of Fast Lane for a certain number of rides for the day. I know that a single fast lane ride exists now but other than as part of a package not sure how you get that. But, most people want more than one ride. The summer Nights food deal was really good though, you got six items from a long list of restaurants and it probably would of been good to get one package for two people because for one person it was a lot of food in the evening and didn't make one want to go on any raucous ride really lol. I'm still sad that a few of the things like the northwest ghost Native American experience (sorry forget the official name) sits empty and silent with just a gift shop and sad that the old west theater doesn't seem to get much use. And the theatre where Snoopy holiday ice show is done seems not to be used that much during the rest of the year. I like the new Fiesta area and Western town area is still my favourite. Overall , Knotts is still a wonderful fun way to spend a day or part of a day.

    Great day with toddler!!
We decided to visit knotts last minute in Labor Day with our 3 yr old daughter. We had an awesome time & found it incredibly clean plus it offers far healthier / higher quality food options than Disney land, which imo has become so unhealthy & low quality. With small kids it’s very manageable & there are plenty of rides for them to enjoy! Everyone working there was really nice & helpful! We were very impressed & also appreciated the value for cost of tix. If you go on a busy day the fast lane pass makes a huge difference if you want to ride any larger rides & roller coasters. Thx knotts for keeping your park up so well & bring so authentic.

    Great fun!
I grew up with Knott’s Berry Farm. My Dad was actually a “Depression Kid” & worked on the Berry Farm. Through the years the park has truly evolved. There are more rides & the Park is celebrating 50 years of Knott’s Scary Farm. Stop by the museum/store it is GREAT!!! Get ready for a 50th year Scarefest!🎃🤡☠️👻!

    Nice but aged attraction.
Some good thrill rides and funky (but good) older attractions. Staff does the minimum possible so don't expect any help or service. Very crowded on weekends, empty during the weekdays. If you will go more than once, the annual pass is an exceptional value.

Bad day to go on a holiday weekend
We had to choose between doing Disney on an off day or Knott's, and we picked Disney California Adventures. I don't know if that was a mistake, but we certainly felt it on a holiday Friday being in endless lines everywhere. There are certain lines that you can handle waiting it because you are always moving, like the river rafts. You also have an entertaining line since you can see people going by on the rafts. On the other hand, the Xcellerator was hell on earth. We had a 150 minute wait and all you have to look at is a line of people packed in like cattle with a 24 person cart going by every few minutes. Kids actually gave up and we left the line and the park to go get lunch, since the lunch lines themselves were an hour long. The rides we did get on were great, but we only made it on 5 in a day. When a fast pass costs an additional $100 a day, that is not worth the time or the money. I had fond memories of Knott's from being a kid and wanted my kids to like it. They ended up a bit happy but more frustrated than anything. There truly is an art to how Disney gets you to enjoy waiting (at least more than here). Now, if the other reviews are true on getting here on a weekday (non-holiday) and having free run of the park, I am sure my kids would have loved every minute of it as the are getting too old for Disneyland rides.

Fun, immersive and friendly. There's something for everyone!
Knotts is still a warm and welcoming place to have a great time with the family. Twice on our visit, staff members were very kind and went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Great selection of rides of all intensities. Themed areas are fun and immersive, especially the ghost town, with authentic old west structures. The Fiesta Village had pozole on the menu for the winter season. Really couldn't have asked for more. Thanks to the team at Knotts.

    Great attraction reasonably priced!!
People swear about how horrible their experience was. Yes, there’s lines and with that a wait time. However the park offers many other attractions and shows. It’s historical and fun to experience. Best of all they are reasonably priced not like other theme parks that make it impossible to afford. If you don’t want to spend 1k for tickets and have a great time get the season passes. For a family of 5 I’m paying under $40 a month and that way I don’t feel rushed about how many rides we get to go on. Knotts is overall fun for the family. My child and teens enjoy it each and every time we visit.

    Terrible customer service
Don’t even bother going without a fast pass, which doubles your cost, even with a family dining plan. We were the first people in line after a ride reopened and they have let every fast pass holder in front of us for 45 minutes now. Crappy customer service.

Very disappointing day. Sign at entry says show proof of vax or negative test within the last three days OR wear a mask while in the park. No one was checking that so no one was wearing a mask except some of the employees. New rules are now that service dogs are no longer allowed on many of the rides which we used to ride with our dogs. Waited in line for 40 minutes at Johnny Rocket to open only to be told that they only have half of the restaurant open for customers; the only way to get an order to go (to eat outside) is being seated inside, ordering, and then asking for a to go container; and they couldn't seat our group of 12 at the same time. Johnny Rocket had rude kids at the front doing the seating. We rode on the train and we give that an A and we had a good meal at Chicken To Go and give that an A but the rest of the day was an F. Rude employee's. The prices for food was unbelievable after paying $20.00 to park and then $75.00 to get in. Really disappointed with the way it was. Very disappointed. No respect for veterans, seniors or disabled folks.

Knotts Berry Farm has gotten so huge over the years. They have a lot of great rides and attractions. They also have super food at their main restaurant, but there is a line.

The place is clean and the staff, for the most part, is knowledgeable. They need to work on dealing with people with disabilities. Telling someone that can clearly not walk well, that they have to go to the back of the line to have a paper signed, but there is no one there, is frustrating at best.

They as of this writing do not ask if you are vaccinated, they will have to soon as the law starts on 11/5. What they do, is nothing. They don't enforce mask wearing and it is very hard to keep people away from you, especially in lines for rides. This is an easy fix and they need to deal with it so as not to make anyone sick.

The rides are great. They all have long lines so you won't be able to get on more than maybe 6 in a 7 hour period and that is if it is not crowded. They have the Log Ride which is so much fun and as you ride there are great things to looks at. They also have some great coasters. Their train ride is awesome.

They were decorated for Halloween and for kids they had little trick or treat stations that were very nice. Camp Snoopy for kid's rides is so cute, but again, you are going to be in a very long line.

Their food is better than other theme parks. They have Mrs. Knotts Fried Chicken, a large restaurant that serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. There is always a line, but it is worth it. The food there is great and they also have a separate store front for take away.

Knotts has some cute shops for all the over priced souvenirs you could want.

Parking is expensive, up to 30$, but you have no choice, there is no other places to park.

Overall, it is a super fun place and you will really like it. Have a great time.

I went to Knotts berry a few weeks ago. Overall the rides are pretty fun and we had a pretty ok time, however the park has some issues. First off the lines are very long after 1 pm with wait times from 1 hour to 3+ hours. We waited in the ghost rider line for 3 hours. Secondly the park need to have some better line management. In every line we had multiple groups of 3 or more people cut through the line saying they were "meeting their friends". I don't know when this became a common practice but we had at least 30 or more people cut in front of us while standing in lines. If you are going to meet your friend, have your friend meet you. Don't cut in front of 60 people. It is very frustrating especially when you have waited hours to get on a ride and you see some jerk cut through the line and get on the ride in 5 minutes. Lastly at night time the crowd seemed to change, the park was less family friendly and more older teenagers and cops/security. When we were in a ride line, a fight broke out that was broken up by security with the people being removed. Probably wont be coming back here unless we come really early on a week day and leave early to avoid the crowds.

This park is definitely not the place to go if you have any kind of disability or are in a wheelchair. They are totally unaccommodating and their system is completely outdated. Plus, some of the employees are just outright ignorant and rude. Riley, at The Sidewinder, wouldn't let us get in the wheelchair accessible line because she said that someone from the Jaguar, which we had rode earlier, filled out our form wrong. We repeatedly told her that that had nothing to do with us and clearly was not our fault but she stayed on the phone for 10 minutes and held the line to verify that it was accurate. By the time that she actually did, she came back out and told us regardless we weren't able to ride the ride the four of us. We pointed out that the front of the pass says you can go with up to five people and she said that we would have needed to have people not in the wheelchair wait in line. I kind of had that we've been waiting for over 20 minutes at this point and she just didn't care. Horrible customer service and I truly hope to God that one day she has to deal with something like this so she can know how embarrassing and awful it feels to be called out like that in front of a group of people. The ADA would have a field day with this place.

I never leave reviews, but after yesterday, I'm going to.
We have season passes and my daughter has a fast pass. We live a couple of hours away, so a fast pass is necessary to get in all the rides she wants. Yesterday was the biggest waste of time. Even with a pass, lines were 45 minutes, that's triple what she's ever had to wait. While that isn't a big deal, they had 2 major rides closed, and the rollercoaster went down. There aren't a whole lot of other rides, so everyone has to go to the rides that are open. I talked to a guy coming out of the rollercoaster line and he said they had been in line for 3 hours and his kids had to use the restroom. I felt really bad for all of the people having to stand in the lines, it's totally ridiculous. The rides had a ton of empty seats, and no one was there to make people go. I'm not even sure the single rider line was open on the rollercoaster.
The food was as slow as usual, we expect the wait. We have a meal pass, so we have to wait. Otherwise, pack a lunch and save your time and money.
We got hot and frustrated, so we went over to soak city. The place was packed. My daughter never did go on any slides, as the lines were ridiculously long. We enjoyed floating in the lazy river and the wave pool.
I just can't recommend anyone go right now. Unless you buy fast passes, you'll never get enough rides in. If standing in lines is not a big deal, then you'll be fine. Check to see what rides are closed, because if there are some closed ones, that means longer lines.
Camp Snoopy is a zoo with really long lines. Not a fun time for little kids.
I understand that the parks lost a ton of money this last year, but opening up the gates to every person that wants to go, makes it miserable for everyone. I don't understand how they can be short staffed when there is a city full of teenagers that want to work. Maybe they need to re-evaluate what the employees get, in order to make it a more inviting place to work.
We'll be going back, just because we have passes, but if we didn't, there's no way I would spend my money there. Maybe it will get better this winter, but with school, our trips are limited.
Save your money and go to the beach.

Sigh… I’ve been coming to Knotts as a kid and a teen. It was a great place until now. From the nightmare on where to park to rides breaking down, long lines for food and a premium meal day pass. We bought the premium meal day pass hoping to save a little money. Not at all. We ended paying for soft drinks when we shouldn’t have. What a nightmare. No one told us how to retrieve the wristbands needed for drinks. The QR readers were not reading the code you’re given after you spend $42 per person. More than 4 rides were broken down. We waited 45 minutes for one ride and as we’re about to embark the ride, we learned that the ride broke down. Then, we returned to wait another 45 minutes. It’s ridiculous. We’ve been at Knotts for hours and STILL yet to ride a roller coaster. What used to be a gem in Orange County is a now a money pit for visitors. Very disappointed. They really need to work more on efficiency.

I would really like a rain check to return or a refund.

Went here yesterday even though temperatures were rather on the cool side. Park wasn't too busy. Have a lot of fun walking around the park socializing with folks and park staff. Wife and I will take a few laps every time were there. This week was the peanuts celebration for the month of January. They had Snoopy lioness Ali Schroeder spread amongst the park for picture taking Ops. As per usual my wife and I bought our twinsie t-shirts for the peanuts celebration. They've installed self-serve soda machines all throughout the park. You can buy a daily cup or you can buy a year cup which is around $30. But that $30 covers unlimited refills for the entire year. All in all it was another great day in the park!

It is not Disneyland but then again they did not make you wear a mask on rides and inside. Knott's has a much more Southern California Chill attitude than the house of mouse. Possibly because most of the people I met there were from the area and the tickets are much cheaper. We were there for the 100th celebration and Summer nights and it was a lot of fun. I log ride was broken down all day and Beary Tales is sub par replacement for Voyage to the Iron reef. But after spending the day before at Disneyland I appreciated the laid back atmosphere at Knott's. Planning on going back for Scary Farm. just one piece of advice, if the app says there is a 20 minute wait, it is more like 40 minutes.

Let me start by saying that I attended Knott's Scary Farm in 2019 in mid October and had an amazing time. I had fright / fast lane and it was maybe a 10 minute wait max the whole evening. My most recent experience on October 2nd of 2021 was the opposite. It was one of the most stressful, unenjoyable experiences of my life. I had purchased the fright lane tickets for $200 USD despite being a little unhappy about the significant price increase from prior years. When I arrived at the park there was about an hour and a half wait just to get in. The staff were very rude and everything was disorganized. I realized immediately that there were no Covid measures in place at all. I thought that my night would improve when I got into the park and wow, I couldn't have been more wrong. Hang Time and the Accelerator were both closed and since there was one less maze than previous years, the lines for the rides and mazes were insane. I was able to ride the log ride and waited about 35 minutes at 12 AM in the fast lane. Lines for Ghost Rider were about an hour long for the fast lane and 3 for the GA line. I had been starving as I waited to eat dinner until I got to the park because the seasonal food looked really fun, which I would definitely warn against. I picked the shortest line, waited for an hour to be able to give my order to someone and then was told they didn't have the ingredients to make my order. I was not refunded. None of the employees where masks and the scare actors really get in your face.

I called customer service as I have a ticket for a second night and I am so upset that I don't want to go back ever again. They told me that they are just there to answer questions and that I would need to fill out a form on the website which they take 4-5 weeks to respond to.

I hope this park finally closes. At this rate they won't have a customer base left.

Knotts Berry Farms is old fashion fun and a good value in California located near Disneyland Knotts Berry Farms is worth the visit and a much better value and a lot more fun then Disneyland as you get to travel back to the old west and the rides are family friendly. This is park for everyone and a must see if you're visiting Buena Park in California. Ignore Disneyland and check out Knotts Berry Farms as Disneyland isn't worth the money or the time unlike Knotts Berry Farms is.
