Windsor Court knows how to make a trip very special! Went there this past weekend on a girls trip. The location was perfectly located where walking was the only method of transportation needed and the Conceirge (specifically Adam and Travis) made it even better knowing where to send us, making reservations, and always remember who we were no matter what time of day we walked through the lobby! Then there was the room service...I recommend the bacon for breakfast, a definate must. The pool was quiet, peaceful, and clean. The workout facility was loaded with everything you need. The housekeeping staff was friendly and the desk staff very helpful. This hotel played a very special part in making this trip the best and most memorable girls trip ever.

I stayed at the Windsor Court for a girls weekend trip to New Orleans, and this hotel was the best part of our stay. Every employee we came in contact with was so warm and welcoming. They knew our names and treated us like royalty. The hotel itself is amazing. So old world charming and beautiful with wonderful artwork everywhere you look. The tea service in the lobby is so lovely and the lounge is relaxed with great service. The concierge service, Adam and Travis were AMAZING! They were able to help us with suggestions for places to go and directions. They took such good care of us, we didn't want to leave. The room was spacious and very well appointed. The housekeeping and turn down service was perfect. We had a great view from our room. We met Sarah the Sommelier, and her knowledge and enthusiasm for all things wine was absolutely infectious. It is a fantastic hotel with a staff that really knows how to take care of people and make everyone feel welcomed. They really understand the word hospitality. If you ever get the chance, you want to stay here in New Orleans!!!!

We were booked by our travel agent and had a Virtuoso package. At check in, we were upgraded for free to a suite which was larger than some apartments! The bed was so comfortable we did not want to get out of it in the mornings, and the room was so quiet, even though it was next to the elevators. The food and staff at the Grill room were absolutely perfect, both for breakfast and dinner. All in all, a great hotel staffed by great people in a great city!

Large well appointed rooms which are basically suites. Our 13 year old son had a roll away at no charge . Great staff.

"Oh boy! What a trip". I will remember this trip forever. This is one of my favorite trips I have enjoyed. On this trip, we stayed at the Windsor Court. The Windsor Court is perfectly located between the convention center and bourbon street. Also, it is not to far from the super dome. As my family and I were walking around our hotel, we visited the gym and low and behold we saw The Crew's Family (Rebecca and Terry Crew) walking on the treadmill. Rebecca said, "She was walking off her beignets". What a treat! And then later, we saw the whole Crew Family even their granddaughter "Miley" inside the pool from our room. Also, we got to see Steve Harvey and his wife(she is very beautiful) in the lobby, as they were getting ready to go out and enjoy the night. Also, we saw Mathew Knowles (Beyonce's dad) in the lobby get ready to get on the elevator. Other people said, Tina Knowles was staying there too, but we did not see her. This hotel has a club level which was being rennovated and they moved the club level to the lobby and closed off space for the people who were part of the club level. This is why we are hanging out in the lobby and seeing stars come and go. Next year, the club level will be back up on the 21st floor and you can see Louisiana and the Mississippi River. This hotel has an assortment of flowers all over the low level of the hotel. It smells divine. The workers are very nice at this hotel and very helpful. Also, we saw alot of other stars on this trip up close and in-persons at the Convention Center, like the Basketball wives and ATL Housewives. Can you guest why we saw so many celebrates? THE ESSENCE FESTIVAL!!! We would differently recommend this hotel to our family and friends. A lot of stars stay here doing the Essence Festival. Now, you can understand my title.

We stayed at a junior suite, which was very large but needed some updates. The window treatments collapsed when we opened the curtains. The kitchenette's appliances and utensils have been there since the 70's! The sad refrigerator was so loud it woke me up a couple of times. The public areas are nice and the restaurants and room service were good. Snobby front desk staff. Not worth the price tag.

I stayed at this hotel twice for business within a 4 month time frame. It is fantastic. The rooms are huge, spacious and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and the staff is the kindest I have ever known. The location is great for convention center or Cafe Dumonde! The have a fantastic restaurant and bar onsite and the pool area is amazing too. I have only wonderful things to say about this hotel. While I was traveling for business this hotel met all my needs, but I loved it so much I would go back with my family as well.

My wife and I spent three fabulous nights at the historic and beautiful Windsor Court (our first visit and hopefully one of many more in the future). It's understated sophistication and style and always attentive but not bothersome staff reminded us of the best of the European gem hotels in which we have been fortunate to stary as well as the Mansion on Turtle Creek in Dallas. A sense of calm and contentment was felt immediately upon entering the front door and it never ended during our stay. All guest rooms/suites are in the midst of extensive rennovation (expected to be completed in December, 2011). As to be expected, construction brings challenges to staff and some inconvenience to guests. To the great credit of management and staff, the inconveniences were recognized and minimized and our needs were accomodated without question. When in New Orleans, we will not consider staying elsewhere. We have only been home one day and already miss it.

Been to New Orleans for business and pleasure many times. After visiting many other hotels in the City, I've come back to the Windsor Court. It's the best.
The staff is fabulous. You are treated like Royalty by everyone.
The bar is one of the best in the city.
Great fitness center.
The location is fabulous. During Mardi Gras, parades are just outside your window.
