Calendar & Events
Below are a few key dates to remember for this summer. Further information regarding Camp Registration and Graduation will be sent to parents and guardians in future emails.
Camper Registration – June 21 & 22, 2024
Registration will take place on Friday and Saturday this summer in Culver's Multi-Purpose Building. Hours and details for registration will follow in a future email.
Returning campers and siblings, campers participating in Naval Band and campers using Culver transportation will arrive on Friday, June 21. Registration for all new campers will take place on Saturday, June 22.
Permit Weekends – July 6-7 and July 20-21, 2024
Permits during the summer will take place on the second and fourth weekends of camp. If you are unable to take your child out on permit, there will be campus activities taking place during permit times.

End of Camp Events for Parents- August 2-3, 2024
There are a number of events open to parents throughout the day on Friday. The final Garrison Parade is scheduled for 10:00 am on the James A. Henderson Parade Field. Upper School and Woodcraft awards ceremonies will also take place on Friday along with the Final Ball for Upper School students and their families. A detailed schedule will be provided to parents on the exact times and locations of these events in the future.
Woodcraft and Upper School Graduation – August 3, 2024
The last day of camp this summer will be Saturday, August 3. Please note that all campers must depart campus that day following the graduation ceremonies. Both ceremonies will take place Saturday morning and campers will be released after their camp's ceremony.
Upper School graduation will take place at 8:30 am Saturday morning, followed by the Woodcraft Graduation ceremony at 9:45 am. Please note that Culver is on Eastern Standard Time (1 hour ahead of Chicago).
