The space
Accommodation The property is accessed from an electric gate and along a very short private road you can reach the outdoor parking lot where you can stop up to 3 cars.

On the ground floor there is the entrance with a large living room and dining room with a characteristic fireplace and large French doors overlooking the garden and the porch. Connected, a large fully-equipped kitchen, and a spacious breakfast or lunch table inside. Moving to the right of the entrance, we will find a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower and a small closet.

A characteristic internal climb leads to the first floor where we find 2 very large double bedrooms with en-suite bathroom equipped with shower and completely separated from each other to ensure the right privacy.

Upstairs can also be accessed from a separate external entrance.

All bathrooms have a hair dryer, personal hygiene products, and towel sets.

The villa is equipped with heating, air conditioning in all rooms and mosquito nets in all windows.
