This was conveniently located across from Downtown Disney. Very easy to get to the Magic Kingdom and all other Disney attractions. Our room was automatically upgraded and very comfortable. Enjoyed my stay.

We stayed 4 nights. Great view of downtown disney and an easy 5 minute walk to shop. The kids loved the outdoor pool. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Only complaint was the front desk not being well staffed. Several times there was only one person trying to help a line full of people and answering the phone. Free shuttles to the Disney parks ran every 30 minutes amd on time.

great weekend. felt like like royality. great location, close to evry thing we wanted to do, wonderful staff. when weleft we forgot a valueable item,security shiped it to me and ireceived it the next day, a truly efecient and weel trained staf.

I had a great experience. I would recommend a stay here for anyone who is looking to be close to Downtown Disney or the parks. I came on a business trip and brought my two teenage daughters. They were able to just walk across the street to Downtown Disney during the day while I was at my conference and we visited the parks in the evening at a discounted rate.

It was great to stay at this hotel. Access to the early morning hours at the parks was a great benefit and helped us get to several rides/experiences that we would have otherwise waited for hours for. The rooms were clean and well taken care of as were the other facilities. The hotel is just across the road from Downtown Disney and a short drive from area restaurants. The only disappointment was the shuttle to the Disney parks. They only came twice an hour and traveled to multiple hotels and two of the theme parks. Each one-way trip could be up to 45 minutes in length. It was much easier to drive to the parks.

Clean and convenient, this was a great home base for our days at Disney. Shuttle buses to all things Disney from the hotel and Disney Downtown across the street. The Marketplace on the ground floor facilitated snacks and coffee and that bottle of wine to unwind at the end of the day. Competent, friendly staff.

Family and I had a great stay at this Hilton property. Great location to Disney Theme Parks, with shuttle service. Shuttle service was a bit congested due to the number of people during the 4 of the July weekend. Staff was very courteous. Suggest self-parking, whcih is convenient. Walking distance to Downtown Disney.

We checked in for one night before our stay at Art of Animation and had a fantastic evening. We were tired after a long 2 day drive, but were more than comfy in the clean and inviting room.
We dined at the Italian restaurant on site and had a great dinner as well. Kiddos loved the pool and the parents loved the free wifi...

Hotel is of very high Quality. It is near to disney, free shuttle service available to disney, free wifi, you pay extra for breakfast and parking. There was no microwave in my room but rest all was in top shape. If you are going to parks other than Disney then you need to plan to travel in your car or cab.

Stayed at this hotel as part of a conference event. Rooms were nice and clean, hotel staff was friendly and the lobby bar service was great considering the large number of patrons they were serving. Several conference attendees enjoyed using the jacuzzi and lounging outside in the pool area in the late evening after the conference. The conference room temperatures varied significantly from cold to hot, but the hotel conference staff was accommodating in trying to adjust as requested. Hotel location was great, as it was a short walk to Downtown Disney.

Don't know, BUT you're an easy walk to Disney Springs which has numerous OUTSTANDING restaurants. The hotel has a couple of good restaurants as well. You don't need delivery !!!
Hi are you required to pay a resort fee and incidental deposit on arrival if booked as package deal?
Hi Suzanne - your package should say whether the resort fee is included.
If it does NOT mention it, I'd tend to think it's not included.
The Hilton website itself gives total prices that includes everything.
Have fun!
The hotel does not have hotel to airport shuttle service. Check Mears Transportation online.
