HP Envy Photo 6255

We had to replace the modem and now cannot use wireless printer.  The printer network configuration shows the correct network but has the old password,  II used the virtual assistant for directions to reset the network and entered the new password.  However, the printer will not update the password.  It still shows the old password and when I try to print, I get the messaged that  "unable to communicate with the printer at this time".

 

Printer is HP ENVY Photo 6255

Do the semi-full reset as shown 50 or so seconds into this video.  Do not do the full reset.
