- Rick GSan Francisco, CA26 contributionsGreat place to take an easy hike. There are a few different trails there, some with great vistas of the City and the Bay. Some of the trails are very exposed so bring a hat and sunglasses. It can get windy and cold so wear layers and comfortable shoes. So many soldiers dead for their country. Amazing to see all these tombs. Respect and honor to all heroes. Solid anchor stores and the mall shops offer good variety and quality. I found the public areas to be clean and bright. Plenty of indoor and outdoor parking. The path is paved and not steep so it's a good trail for older folks and young kids. There is a parking structure nearby, along with a food court just outside the entry.
