Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

So beautifully preserved and explained. We were able to enjoy a trip here in the sun. Fascinating and beautiful, a must when in Bath.

Joe and Rob gave us an amazing tower of the Abbey Bell Tower. Climbing many stairs you visit the bell ringing room and learn of the history of the bells. You also get a peak into to the small spaces above the ceiling. Then continue up the tower to stunning views across bath. Fabulous tour. Thank you Joe and Rob

During the 1960's, bulldozers were threatening many historical buildings in Bath (it was referred to by the locals as, the 'sack of Bath"). By the early seventies concerned Bath citizens interested in preservation and restoration of these grand Georgian buildings found their knight in shiny armor when Bernard Kayser bought, restored, and turned No. 1 Royal Crescent into the grand museum it is today.

Dating back to 700 AD, this cathedral stands as one of the oldest in the world, brimming with history and vitality. It houses furniture pieces that have withstood the test of time for over a millennium. I highly recommend partaking in the complimentary guided tour for an enriching experience, as it reveals aspects of the cathedral that might otherwise go unnoticed. They house one of the best clocks you will ever see. This cathedral is a must-visit destination when in the UK.

An excellent opportunity to gather an insight into the vast history of Bath - another piece of the Jigsaw puzzle. The guides are excellent with a wealth of knowledge and have a passion to share this with friendliness amongst their group.

Decided to visit the Tor while we were in the area and glad we did. It wasn’t that strenuous considering we’re 60 and not particularly fit but we definitely needed the rest once we got to the top and enjoyed the stunning 360 views while we recovered. Whilst there isn’t any parking specifically for this, there is parking in the town. I would recommend taking a bottle of water if it’s a warm day.

Cheese....expensive....opportunities to turn certain parts of the cave into scenes from Fraggle Rock, wasted....distinct lack of Dozzers, their hard work, unrecognised...please tey harder....otherwise a fruitful day...

Enjoyed our visit to Wookey Hole, saw a variety of things here & was a solid family day out. Didn't experience the caves as kids were too young, but everything else was good! nice gift shop too.

We have been several times and had very enjoyable visits. The displays have always been really good. The kids love the playground outside. The only downside is they moved the cafe inside the museum from where it used to be outside

We visited the Circus, Royal Crescent and Royal Victoria Park during our holiday in Bath.

As these Tourist Attractions are closely together we had a walk around each, starting with the Circus and on to the Royal Cresent before finishing at the Royal Victoria Park.

The Circus is surrounded by large Town-houses of Georgian Architecture. The Royal Crescent is one the best known Landmarks in Bath featuring a number of Town-houses of Georgian Architecture overlooking the Royal Victoria Park.
Royal Victoria Park was originally laid out as an arboretum and today it still contains a superb Collection of Trees. There are some beautiful Flower Beds, fine Ornaments, a Bird Aviary and Boating Pond and much more.

All three Tourist Attractions are worth a Visit!

Brilliant experience. Nice setting . 31 perfectly behaved GRs. We came today . We got 16 dogs (they do a split shift!). which all rush out to be first in line for a belly rub. Beautiful gentle dogs clearly loved and very well looked after. Lauren and her team were asked a thousand questions and answered each time with such enthusiasm. Great experience. Well done to you all. 10/10

Absolutely perfect start to our weekend in Glastonbury. Attentive and polite staff who genuinely care. Incredibly helpful with my disabled mother - I phone ahead the day before and they reserved the mobility buggy for us, and even reserved us a disabled parking space. I even had free admission as carer which I wasn’t expecting. We went early at 10.30am and being a summer’s day it was getting busy by midday. The well itself was stunning and incredibly spiritual and full of energy. Top tip: pack a small hand towel to dry your feet - we took a tea towel from the kitchen which fitted in my bag nicely. We sat in a few shaded spots and did some art work. Toilets are at the entrance only, and there are cold drinks available to purchase in the gift shop. Take a small empty bottle to be able to take some of the water from the lion’s head half was up the gardens home with you.
