Complainr

Good morning. I live in Malta and the only way that house of fraser ships is by fast shipping. I am willing to wait for a couple of days and pay less shipping.
Another thing is that my last order I had no options except to pay fast shipping and because my parcel was big around 6kgs I had to wait longer than usual and I had to pay customs.

Never again!

Ordered over £500 worth of clothes for my holiday two weeks ago, still not received them from Evri delivery. Got email saying delivery on 1st June…nothing, then 5th June….nothing arrived. Tried contacting Evri twice but…..nothing. Credit card has been paid but still nothing. Never again.

Good experience but sometimes the items…

Good experience but sometimes the items on the website have no descriptions, so unsure until you receive it. Also, not happy about charging for delivery and returns as most of other companies do not charge.
I hope you are able to make changes in the future.

Not received anything

Still not received order, can’t get an update from house of Fraser or Evri, try to ring both just get automated responses. Supposed to arrive next day delivery on 03/06/24, 10/06/24 now and no idea what’s happening, same thing happened last time I ordered from here

Awful experience

Awful experience. Had an email saying it had been delivered buy no sign of parcel.
Then some 48 hours later started trying to communicate with you. All automated and was said leave it for 24 hours. Again no feedback
However the next day the parcel was left outside. No explanation. Will never buy an online product from house of fraser again. Dreadful delivery experience

I've found only difficulty that I couldn't talk someone for any changes or any online shopping related queries. You can't get 5 stars by using bot chat for customer queries.

I purchased some converse shoes

I purchased some converse shoes. About an hour later I found a different pair of shoes I preferred else where, I returned to house of Fraser not realising they will not refund anything you purchase in their stores and will only issue a credit note, if I had of known this I would never have got them in the first place.

Order lost by Evri

Ordered a Ralph Lauren shirt, despatched promptly however after an initial email from Evri, updates stopped and my order never arrived. This is the second time Evri have done this one with yourselves and the other with an order from JD. This courier will give HOF a bad name. Awful service levels from them!

Faulty item received

Faulty item received. The item was a large 4 piece garden furniture set. HOF offered us 10% refund only or an exchange. 10% was not an adequate offer when the largest part of the set was unusable. We had to unassemble the whole set and repack for collection. We are still waiting for the replacement

The customer service for returns was a…

The customer service for returns was a nightmare, no contact number had to send emails, because the bot was absolutely rubbish. Missed the courier and no way to organise another one except through emails to customer service. They did respond within a day or so.

I think 3 stars in generous, finally got a returns label to send back through evri.
Deliver was good and items arrived on time.

Bad customer service

Every other perfume shop I've been visiting have given me wonderful customer service and paid attention to my needs. I was looking forward to trying a specific perfume in the cabot circus store when I noticed their tester bottle was missing. When I mentioned this to the cashier (looked like a senior staff member), she was looked and sounded very unbothered. No pointing me towards any other perfumes I might enjoy, no offering to open up a new tester bottle just to try (although I'm not sure if this is allowed), she just behaved like I was ruining her day tbh.

Number 1 go too

Saw they had a sale as I needed some new trainers for my Son. There was a sale at the time. I also fund a bargain that I ended up purchasing 3 pairs of footwear and a jacket for under £60 which was fantastic bargain.
House of Fraser is my go to. Great buys at a great price.
