The free wi if was highly appreciated and worked very well. Staff was great!

Fine. It was a 25 minute ride in a tiny plane that left 20 mins late

The only issue was a short window to make my connecting flight, and nobody to assist me in finding my way to the next gate.

This is my first time flying Aegean Air and I had a great first time experience. I will fly this airline again.

There was not any food and I didn't use the entertainment

Very bad experience during the boarding, the Aegean employees were very rude, and impatient with the passengers

aegean took off late, which made it impossible for us to make the next flight on air canada, we all ran to the terminal, the plane was still there but the air canada folks wouldn't let us board because they said the door was already closed. they told us we had to go all the way back to aegean desk to arrange another flight.

Never heard about them before and was surprised how organized and efficient they are.

These were tickets purchased with a stolen credit card number.

Seriously, every airline needs to improve their boarding procedures. Even though Sky Express boarded the furtheredt seats from the door first, it was still disappointing that it took so long to board.

Cannot take it dur to the delayed first flight. Staff at the desk very unfriendly.

A coffee at 7 am in the morning would have been nice.

We hope that soon Sky Express will have the entire airplane fleet refreshed. More new airplanes to fill the gap and expand further direct flights to new airports. Crew acts responsibly and kind, which is even more important at this pandemic period.

I was going to miss my connecting flight with sky Express also and the people in the office said they couldn't help me book another flight for the next day, but that I had to wait until anthens and go their office to help me. Other people on staff were friendly though.

Taking off and landing were smooth. I didn't have anything to complain about.

The sad case is that BA is often late. I missed my connection outbound and then was rebooked in another biz class seat some 10 hours later. I opted to change to economy (no compensation refunded of course) that was only 5 hours later. On the return journey, once again changing planes was very challenging. This time we landed only a little bit late, but deplaning took a long time so the connection was very much in doubt. Some serious running and sweat later, I managed to make the connection but my luggage did not. No messages about the missing luggage, so I had to wait until the entire bag return process was over before seeking out an agent. There was only one and well over 50 passengers waiting to speaking with her. She was quite pleasant, but it took 1 hour and 45 minutes from touchdown to leaving the airport.

First time flying with BA and I will do it again. Staff at airport and on board were very nice and helpful

BA charged me 70 euros for one bag on my return after having recognized my frequent flier status and charging me nothing for the same bag on the outbound. Their employees are not well trained and rules are inconsistently applied.

I couldn’t select my seat until I checked in at the airport. Extremely difficult to talk to a customer service representative. Also, the gate announcement doesn’t appear until less than an hour before boarding.

They over sold the flight and I was not able to board. Had to buy two tickets so I would not miss my connection.

Wonderful service and very comfy in the bulkhead in Economy Plus! Delicious food.

On the flight from Venice to London even it’s short, 2 hours 20 minutes and mostly people are on vacation, it’s ridiculous to change money for the cup of tea or coffee. Also it’s to much to charge 80$ for 1 piece of luggage

Flying economy is like being packed into a sardine can.

The BA team at Sky Harbor is deplorable, full of unnecessary attitude and poor communication. It seems like every member of the team was looking at another to solve the problem, instead of taking agency to do so themselves. I saw no less than 6 altercations with the same gate agent where he threatened to revoke the passengers boarding pass for asking a wildly reasonable question, something as simple as where the cue to board was. I’ve complained to BA before but it seems this isn’t an issue for them, which is very disappointing

The flight was delayed 5 hours and I'm and invalid,I wan a refund for this

The cabin crew on that flight were super fantastic and super helpful. They were so polite and considerate that i felt i travelled with a 5star airline.

Delayed delayed delayed - always with Wizzair. Staff were friendly and well mannered but clearly the company is unorganized and the aircrafts are outdated.

It's a budget airline. Great for short flight. Smooth landing.

4 hr delay and only told less than 2hrs before. Only given water and nuts on the flight as complimentary service. Left to wait in rain before boarding.

To be honest I did not like anything. Communication to why my flight was cancelled mid air 2 and half hours into my flight. Customer service desk were not helpful with providing information or a solution on what can be done.

I have been treated unacceptably by WizzAir aircraft crew in a previous flight, they threatened me and abused me, and I received an OFFICIAL written apology, but only two (2) months later. This flight had no such unacceptable behaviour, but it's not nice to be left waiting in the walkway (from gate to aircraft) for a long time, just so that the 'boarding' appears to be early, even if actual departure is not.

No food on board. Not comfortable. Had to move seats was delayed more than 3 hours.
