It's a well and truly luxury hotel at a great location, I mean you can't get closer to a main transport hub than this. NEX from Narita took apex 50 mins and we are at our hotel, no need to lug our bags navigating different stations is such selling point.

We stayed a week as a family of four, laundry can get quite expensive as there's no coin laundry, the only option is hotel same day laundry service (collected by 10am and ready by 6pm same day). So be prepared.

My husband and I also loved the A Spa down at the basement level. It's not part of the hotel but guests can spend 2000 yen per visit to use the sauna and hot spring pools. We went every single night, well worth the money!

If we ever travel back to Tokyo this is the only hotel I'll stay in.

My review is to help anyone looking for information about the An Spa. I couldn’t find anything online besides the fact that it exists, but was able to book a massage by messaging the hotel prior to my stay. We stayed at the Tokyo Station Hotel for the last 2 nights of our trip, so I wanted to get massage to cap off the end of a busy vacation before the long flight home. We got the aromatherapy massage (60 minutes). You are able to use the Onsen an hour before your services. I had never tried an onsen so was a total newbie but here’s what you need to know:

Yes, this is a typical no bathing suits allowed onsen. When you get to the gender-specific locker room you will put your clothes in a locker. I grabbed a towel from the shelves to wrap myself in as I walked to the shower area. Shower first, then you can enjoy the baths, sauna, and steam room. There is soap / shampoo / face wash in the showers. Maybe conditioner, but I didn’t wash my hair I kept it up in a bun. After all that, rinse off and put on the robe they give you and wait to be picked up for your services. The massage was so great, plan for it to take extra 15 minutes or so beyond the time your services end. It’s possible your massage therapist will not have any English and may communicate with you via google translate.

The Tokyo Station Hotel is a beautifully presented hotel in a great location - next to Tokyo station. Our room was very comfortable, the bathroom was excellent (and we love the electric toilets in Japan, this one was a superior model), the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Two staff members escorted us to our room while carrying our luggage (despite our protestations, they said 'it was part of their job'). It is worth staying a night or two just to experience the luxury of this fine establishment. If you are travelling in or beyond Tokyo by train, there could hardly be a more convenient location!

Loved staying in this beautiful hotel at the train station. The location is awesome and the hotel is very elegant. The staff were super kind , attentive, knowledgeable, spoke perfect English for those who do not speak Japanese. Our room super clean and very comfortable with great amenities, very quiet as well. The staff stored our luggage on our check out day. They also escorted us all the way down to the Narita Express platform, assisting with our luggage. That was such a kind gesture, possibly they sensed I was concerned about not missing the train. Very lovely, polished, kind staff. They were also very genuine, asked why we chose their hotel and loved hearing our responses. I want to go back!

This is a popular place and not easy to get if you do not do reservations ahead of time. We did three months before and ended adjusting our whole trip and switching to two different rooms during a four night stay to enable our stay here. So worth it! Five star vibe, hotel accommodations with five star customer service and breakfast. Impecable hospitality, bedding, bathrooms, cleanliness, lighting, views, location and body caring products. Exceeds all expectations in every possible way. We are a couple from Puerto Rico celebrating our 10th anniversary and arriving at Tokyo on March 24th- March 28th. The Tokyo Station Hotel experience has made our anniversary trip unforgettable for good. To learn and be part of such an outstanding customer service is truly magical.

Thank you thank you thank you!!! Forever grateful to all the wonderful people working at this our of this world place. We enjoyed ourselves and felt the most pampered with actual good humans than we had ever been. So excited to go back in the coming soon rather than later future. Make sure you dont miss out on THE experience. Consider that staying in the city view or any room at the wing closest to the Marounuchi station you will probably overhear the train coming and going noise… nothing unbearable. Also take into consideration that food services end just before 10pm and the same could apply to close restaurants. If you are a foodie and dont want to end up eating just old snacks from home make sure you do the pre-work for places to eat and reserve at least two weeks prior to arriving to Tokyo. Accross the street there are Marounuchi and Shin-Marounuchi buildings with LOTS of good options if you would like to explore out of the hotel restaurants.

This is a luxury, elegant and sophisticated hotel. The services are amazing. We were here for our wedding anniversary and the hotel organized to take a wedding anniversary photo for us. The picture was put in a delicate frame and give us as a gift when check out. The breakfast is nice and you can enjoy the meal in a bright and beautiful restaurant which is on the top the train station. The room we stayed is right on the Tokyo Station and you can see the passengers walking inside the station from the window. The bed, pillow are so comfortable and relaxing. Strongly recommended.

I visited this wonderful hotel twice on my most recent trip to Tokyo, and it was just the same old wonderful Tokyo Station Hotel as I have known each and every time I’ve visited Japan. Its luxurious ambiance, friendly staff and comfortable amenities make it the only hotel in which I will EVER stay in Tokyo, and I heartily recommend it to any traveler coming here. The Duty Manager, Yoshiki Kamata, couldn’t be nicer, more helpful or more pleasant. If you miss staying here you’re making a BIG mistake! My HIGHEST recommendation!

Conveniently located at Tokyo station. The hotel porter waiting outside our Narita Express carriage on arrival. This was extremely helpful in navigating with bags through Tokyo Station. We stayed for two nights then left our heavier bags at the hotel while we toured Hiroshima and Kyoto. When we returned for our final night our bags were already delivered to our room. Next morning a petite female porter wheeled our 2 x 30kg suitcases to our Narita Express carriage location for a 7am departure - along with breakfast boxes. It is a large hotel with beautiful rooms and facilities. In addition to hotel restaurants, there is a wide choice of restaurants nearby on level 5 of the Shin-Marunouchi building. Highly recommended

What a beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. Japan is renowned for its expensive hotels and sometimes you don’t necessarily get value for money but here this bucks the trend. This is a stunning renovated hotel In the confines of the magnificent architecture of Tokyo station. You are wonderfully greeted by passionate and caring staff and the decor is modern chic with a lovely finish. The food is great too and all the rooms have high ceilings due to the renovation of the old station. A must stay if you can. Location excellent, staff excellent, room excellent! We WILL return!!!!!
