We went here on a recommendation over F1 GP Weekend 2022. The bar is located in the Larvotto beach area of Monaco, near the Grimaldi Forum, a 10 minute walk from the tunnel. The setting is beautiful, we had chicken spring rolls, guacamole and hummus to start, this was nice. My man had the chicken yellow Thai curry which he said was full of chicken, I had the chicken pad Thai, I was disappointed with mine. We visited several restaurants during our recent 10 day holiday in Monte Carlo and this was our favourite. Lovely setting on Larvotto Beach, it has a great vibe, informal yet stylish and welcoming. If you're lucky to be there on certain dates you will be...treated to some excellent live jazz artists. The food is a mixture of fusion and traditional French dishes. Everything we had was superb (I particularly liked their filet au poivre with truffled potatoes!) and prices were very reasonable by Monaco standards. Service was efficient given that it was completely full on the evenings we were there so booking is essential. Will definitely make this our go-to place next time we are in Monaco.More
During a 5 day stay in Monaco we visited here several times, lunchtime and evening. Perfect location, great choices on the menu served up efficiently without undue waiting time and always with a friendly greeting. Always busy and deservedly so.
We visited this restaurant on our third/last night in Monaco. The restaurant is on Larvotto Beach, with beautiful views toward the water. We ordered a Greek Salad and Chicken/truffle risotto. Both items were excellent- the best meal we had in Monaco. Pricing was much higher...than similar items in the US, but well below average for Monaco. Bonus: live Jazz music starts at 20:00 on most days, and this added to the ambiance. Service was excellent. We would definitely recommend this restaurant!More
Nice ambience but food and attitude of server were disappointing. Ordered the “Dish of the Day” which was highly recommended by our server - Sardines Farcies et Salade Tiede de Poulpe (Grilled Sardines & Octopus). Taste was alright but every bite of the sardine was...full of fine bones! It was impossible to have a single bite without a bone! Server came by to check if everything was fine so we gave our sincere feedback on the sardines. After checking with the chef, we were told that chef couldn’t remove the bones before cooking because there were too many.!?!? She ended with a simple “sorry” and walked away, leaving us to figure out ourselves how we could finish up the fish. Stunned by her attitude, we told her to return the dish to the kitchen for the chef to see for himself. We were then told that the manager would be handling our case, but the manager never came at all. Finally, the same server came and wanted to offer us a dessert as replacement when we haven’t even had a proper dinner yet! Dessert didn’t work, so she tried to offer coffee to end our problem! We were not interested in the dessert or coffee when our first dinner in Monte Carlo was ruined! We ended up leaving the restaurant hungry.More

Staff were friendly when they were at the table but not visible or watching their tables - ie we needed to flag/ call staff to order / request additional items. Started off badly from the beginning. I tried to reserve 2 beach beds by emailing the restaurant - they told me I had to call. I called and reserved 2 front row beds and this was confirmed over the phone. When we arrived we were...taken to second row, we said no and that we had reserved front row. The guy told us it was not possible as the same guest had them. I told him this was not good enough and I had reserved front row. He said they had already paid but there was no one on the front row when we got there - I was told that you pay on the day and cannot do this in advance. I felt like someone else had come alone, probably flashed their cash or gave them a good tip but in letting someone else take our reservation, it left us disappointed and very annoyed. Not only this but I didn’t not think that having to pay €30 per bed, you would then have the pay another €10 simply to hire a towel for the day. No, as I was not best pleased as this point with the lack of attention to what was reserved in the first place, I simply would not pay another €10. I felt these should have been given with compliments as service recovery but they were not. Food was good though but we did have to wait to get service from the wait staff. Felt like they were trying to avoid us a little bit after the mornings problem. We had to ask several times for a drinks menu from the same server, in the end, we asked another and it came straight away. The only thing that came quick all day was our bill to pay. Overall, we still had a lovely day as the intention was to relax, and that we did but only down to our own feelings. The establishment, nor the staff had nothing to do with our positive experience, and if I wasn’t a person who could shake things off, this would have ruined my day. Would I return to La note Bleue? No, I will go next door to Miami Plage. Had much better service there when visiting on a previous trip. If you are going to call to reserve a front row bed, ask them to send you an email to confirm. I thought it would be put on the reservation notes that I reserved front row but the guy just kept telling me it was impossible and I did not reserve front row.More
The location of this restaurant is great - right on the beach. The food and service were good. Relaxed atmosphere even though it was fairly busy. The hostess was very pleasant and was one of the hardest working people there! If she wasn't seating people,...she was bussing, setting tables, just constantly working. Lucky restaurant to have such good people. Would definitely return again.More
went for a late lunch, absolutely amazing experience with the amazing weather, staff were nice but the food was more surprising!! we ordered beef tartare and parma ham carbonara, it was delicious!! definitely worth going. wished i had the chance to go back and experience...the music bar tho:((More
What a fantastic restaurant with reasonable prices (for Monaco)! Efficient and friendly staff (with good English who embraced my bad French!), great dishes all freshly cooked in the open kitchen. Great wine recommendation (not pushing the most expensive but what you actually want!). A lovely...atmosphere, sitting alongside the beach on a balmy evening. Great music in the background too ( I believe they have live music on some evenings). A perfect meal in Monaco. Highly recommended.More
La Note Bleue has just reopened after a 2 year beach refurb and is better than ever. Great food, now with ceviches instead of sushi, plus nearly all the favourites from the old menu and some new treats, too. Sea Bass is my favourite, plus...baked Toblerone for desert.. yum. Great beach atmosphere, and a great team running it. Plus live music if you catch the right night. Can’t wait to returnMore
The worst customer service and hamburger of my life. There were no customer on Tuesday at 3pm . Plenty of staff but they wouldn't bother to provide any customer service to us because they were busy talking to each other. No flavor at all in...our burger.More
Went twice in a short period. First time was sick shortly after but thought it was just a small but. Ate the same dish following time again and sick again. Little chance a coincidence Understaffed for the size of the restaurants
Lovely restaurant right on the beach .. the service is excellent and the food is delicious! Very nice cocktails too .. very laid back, relaxing atmosphere .. a perfect spot to have lunch or an evening meal! Beautiful view on the beach .. we’ve returned...many times!More
