Meet Jack Sullivan - Britain's youngest football boss
When he was just 14, Jack Sullivan - son of millionaire and West Ham chairman David Sullivan - was on holiday in Spain and turned to his mum and said "Mum, Mum will you buy me West Ham Ladies?" Just a few years later and his dream is now a reality - he's the managing director of West Ham's Women's team.
