The hostess was friendly and seated us right away.
The waitress was also friendly and immediately took our drinks order.
We decided on the all you can eat shrimp and the waitress was very good
at explaining how it worked. She also came back to the table often and made sure we ordered more shrimp so that we did not have to wait.
It was a great experience and would definitely go back.

I went to Red Lobster to use my birthday reward (free cake slice). I work across the way, so it didn’t take forever to get to this location. There were barely any cars in the Red Lobster parking lot yet Olive Garden next door looked packed (still haven’t gone to the location). Anyway, I was seated right away. My server (forgot his name) came in less than a minute. Got my drink & order. Very nice. He was very professional and I got all my food pretty fast. I had no issues. The sauce wasn’t on my coconut shrimp plate, but was brought that right away. Very fast service, good food, and I’m just surprised it was rather empty. Maybe because of the dark atmosphere? It’s not bright and light inside, but I had no issues.

We stopped at this location during an overnight stay in Columbus.the place was fairly busy for a Monday night,but our server, Jacob did an outstanding job from start to finish. The food was all excellent,we will definitely return.

Soup was lukewarm
Was seated at a door that faced the kitchen so each time the door opened I was blinded by the bright fluorescent lights. Not sure why we were seated there it was 8:00 pm and lots of empty tables
Love the biscuits and endless shrimp is always tasty

My wife & I love "Endless Shrimp" at Red Lobster, so we stopped at the Red Lobster at 1270 Polaris Parkway, Columbus, OH after some (furniture) shopping @ Front Room Furnishings. We were not disappointed. While the parking lot was full the wait staff kept things moving and the folks waiting were quickly seated. We had an especially good waiter (Devon) who was attentive and very professional. We got a chance to try the Teriyaki-grilled Shrimp as well as the new Crispy Sriracha Honey Shrimp, both were outstanding! I probably would have ordered "3rds" but I eat too many of those Cheddar Bay Biscuits and had no room for more shrimp! Keep up the Good Work Red Lobster!

We celebrated my grandson’s birthday with a Crabfest Dinner! The hostess, wait staff were very friendly and customer oriented. We waited for members of our party to join us; however, the server/waitress was extremely patient and understanding. Each of our crab entree’s were well prepared and very delicious. Serving portions were very generous!

I was really impressed on this visit to the restaurant. It is like a real seafood restaurant now. They have a daily fresh fish and a whole lot more to chose from than just lobster and shrimp. The side can be healthy or not, depends how you feel that day and of course the cheese rolls were excellent this time around, pipin hot and really tasty. Very pleasant dining experience.

training was going on in the kitchen and our cheese rolls got burned so new batch was started. We never did get them during our meal. The meal came within 15 min and was hot and prepared just right. I tried a new menu item, cauliflower gratin and it was too cheesy for me but it did have some texture to it which was good. Server was really attentive.

I have only been to the Polaris Red Lobster a few times but the young lady who seated us was rude. It was clear my daughter was on crutches and she went to seat us at a table and I asked if we could have a booth and she acted like it was a crime. The waitress was not friendly did not say thank when we placed our orders, she just wrote it down and walked away. Didn’t bring us any bread until our salads came and then she just sat them down and walked away with out a word. It was this way through out our visit. Not sure we will come back to this one.

I just got multiple calls trying to get me to the Red Lobster on Polaris Parkway to sell me a time share. They booked my reservation for a free meal. I went once and the food was awful - basically it is butter soup with some small amounts of protein. Actually, I got so many calls today that apparently I am booked for 3 more free meals next week. It is really really bad that Red Lobster has to resort to working with scammers. I guess that is a reflection of the quality of the meal that I had, their low self-worth and their desperation to stay in business.

Tonight I placed an order for a lobster languistino pizza. Well Terrell answered the phone, I placed my order, then saw this was the wrong location of my order. He was very understanding and helpful by calling the s. Hamilton rd location and placing my order for me. Big ups to Terrell we need 100,00+ more like him in the food industry business. I had never been to a red lobster before this one. Went with a big group of friends while visiting another. The food is expensive but you get a ton of it and it was all really good. We were trying each other's dishes and nobody had a bad thing on their plate. The wait staff is very friendly and attentive as well. Certainly recommend if you are in the area and looking for good seafood.

My girlfriend and I love Red Lobster. She loves their chicken, I love their grilled shrimp, shrimp scampi & lobster. I tried the petite lobster roll. Not impressed-too much roll & minimal lobster. Can't get enough of those cheddar bay biscuits!! If you're in the mood for reasonable priced seafood then this is your place!

Red Lobster has an extensive menu offering seafood but does have other food on the menu. The food is tasty but very pricey. The wait staff is friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking available but we left feeling the food was good but over priced for what was offered.
