- machugasPalm Beach Gardens, FL81 contributionsWe had so much fun on the Pinz tour. Rib was a great guide with a wealth if knowledge about the family (he is a Bunschu) and the vineyard. We loved going into the vineyard and seeing it up close - even the resident bees and gopher holes. It’s all part of the vineyard. The pours (6 of them) were generous, the wine was very good and the charcuterie board and rest stop was appreciated. We had a warm day on our visit and the Pinz truck provides ample shade. Very much recommend Gun-Bun and the Pinz tour.Written May 24, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- SonomaNutSonoma, CA1,106 contributionsUnique historical place, home of the Bear Flag Republic. OK, only 25 days in 1846. Wander around Plaza, look at the statues, go into Visitors Center, do some shopping, eating and wine tasting. No Parking Meters and lots of Public Lots, Tesla Supercharger and EV charging too. Home of first William Sonoma store too.Written August 9, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Tere CSan Juan, Puerto Rico121 contributionsBeautiful place. Great remembrance of an Italian backyard. Wines were good, but our favorites were the oils and balsamic vinegar. Great experience.Written February 22, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- RIch H22 contributionsWalked in a little hesitant about the commercial aspects of the historic winery, BUT….this was the best wine and wine tasting experience we had in both Napa and Sonoma valleys! Vasile, was an Awesome wine host and made our experience a Wine Trek Experience! We lost count and direction of which wine tasting we were doing and need up tasting about 12 wines…at the same cost of the 5-wine experience. EVERY wine we tried was incredible, and we left a new wine member with cases flowing to us in Texas, twice a year in the wine club. A+++++ would definitely come back to Sonoma to visit Buena Vista!Written May 11, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - BadforeverLondon, Canada1,638 contributionsWe came at the first of November without a reservation. A high quality wine tasting for $25. Refunded if you buy two bottles of wine. You can stand indoors at the tasting bar or take your wine outside to the wrap around porch. Some others had charcuterie boards but we didn't see that offeredWritten November 1, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Debra D1 contributionI thought I was fairly familiar with the wines until I actually went to a tasting. So many styles of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay for anyone's palate.Written April 10, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - Bruce MarinaceSanta Rosa, CA3 contributionsWhile I have been here several times in the past and have ALWAYS had clients say what a great place, I am highlighting a particular person this time.
Background:
I am a wine tour guide and I had a party of four (2 couples. One couple from Houston, TX and one from Spain, who spoke English but naturally preferred Spanish).
We were greeted by IVAN. While I had met and enjoyed IVAN before, I had know idea he had over 18 years experience in the wine making business, nor he was so fluent in Spanish, especially with the many wine terms in Spanish.
My clients said this experience was a GRAND SLAM. They learned so much about the process, they had great views, they had great wine, they had the very best wine educator!
Not to mention (but I am) that I made this reservation the same day & I would have totally understood, if REPRIS could NOT do it. But they were OUTSTANDING in hospitality, they knew me, and they were able to get us in.
Both couples told Ivan he was amazing & they could not stop talking about him after we left. They thoroughly appreciated him & when either couple comes back to Sonoma/California, it will ABSOLUTELY return to this winery.
They learned so much! I got several pictures for which they appreciated. Not only did they buy wine, but they asked if it was OK to contact Ivan via email and ask more questions. He happily approved and also had a great time with my group. While it was raining that day, so they were unable to take the ATV to see more of the grounds, they said, I could not have done a better job than by bringing them to REPRIS.
I just want to say a big thank you to REPRIS, Ivan and the rest of the Hospitality Team as they were very accommodating, friendly, extremely professional and just a great group of people.
I know when I take a group there, they are going to have a great time. This time was especially rewarding as Ivan took these people and went the extra mile to understand the wine making process here in California and the wine was fantastic.

We arrived on an unusually windy afternoon which made it a bit chilly, but otherwise, it offered several beautiful sitting areas from which we took in the view from a variety of perspectives.
The grounds were beautifully kept. It felt a bit corporate and the building itself isn't as pretty as I'd expect for an Italian winery, but the gardening, and other decorative details were wonderful.
We also went on a weekday when it was comfortably busy--not crowded--which was to our liking.Written June 23, 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Having worked in the wine industry for 2 decades now I rate this experience in my top 3, that ultimately comes down to the very affable host, Dante. Beyond the easy and friendly nature of all the staff, the setting inside and out was comfortable in a most luxurious way, the views were stunning as was the architecture. We were surprised and delighted by a little nosh and a casual tour into the production area and caves. Again, gorgeous. and perhaps the most important aspect were the very beautiful wines. The wines are clearly the focus of this business as they are extremely well made. I appreciated the careful balance struck between intriguing flavor profile and tannin structure, very smooth. I will be back.Written May 3, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.

- Nancy T4 contributionsMaggie gave us an incredible experience. We dropped in at the last minute and she didn't rush us, she made us feel comfortable and welcome. She gave us great information about the wine and the area! Highly recommend!Written February 5, 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC.
