How Old are the Batman Arkham Series Characters?

So... anyone got an idea? I think their ages range like this...

Batman - Mid or Late 30's.
Robin - Mid 20's.
Nightwing - Late 20's.
Oracle - Mid 20's.
Alfred - Late 50's or Early 60's.
Gordon - Early 50's.
Lucius Fox - Mid 40's.
Catwoman - Mid or Late 20's.

Joker - Late 30's.
Harley - Late 20's.
Scarecrow - Mid 30's to Early 40's.
Riddler - Mid 30's.
Poison Ivy - Early to Mid 30's.
Two-Face - Mid or Late 30's.
Penguin - Late 40's to Middle 50's.
Bane - Mid to Late 30's.
Hush - Mid or Late 30's.
Killer Croc - Mid 30's to Early 40's.
Deathstroke - Late 30's to Mid 40's. (I think he's actually younger than he looks).
Firefly - Early to Mid 30's.

What are your thoughts? I'll add more characters later, I hope.

Batman was confirmed to be about 35 years old in Arkham Knight. I can't remember exactly from where.

A few of the characters referred to Knight taking place 10 years after origins, which was year two of batman and I like to think he started at 27.
So 28 in Origins
38 in Knight

Personally I'd rather him be older. There's just too much history and too many Robins squeezed between Origins and Asylum.
If you aged Batman by Robins he'd be close to fifty.

Batman is 38. Dick Grayson is about 10 years younger. Jason and Barbara are a couple of years younger than that, putting them at mid 20's. Tim is just a year or two or younger, putting him in his early 20's.

Gordon was a young cop when Thomas and Martha Wayne were killed when Bruce was 8. So let's assume he was 22-25. Add 30 years, and he's mid 50's. Alfred would be older than that, so we can assume he's over 60, possibly approaching 70.

The Joker is the same relative age as Batman, perhaps a few years older. Harley was fresh out of school when she met Mr. J. so she was likely just 22 or 23. Add the 10 years for the game storyline, and she's in her early 30's. I'd say Ivy and Selina are the roughly the same age.

The rest of the villains fall with the 40's range. Obviously Deacon Blackfire is a bit older, and Bane's a bit younger.
