Marisa Tomei has joined the cast of indie drama "Love Is Strange" opposite John Lithgow and Alfred Molina. Tomei will portray a novelist married to the nephew of Lithgow's character. Lithgow moves in with her family after he’s forced to sell his small apartment. Shooting will start this month in New York City. Ira Sachs is directing and producing "Love Is Strange," along with Parts and Labor partners Lars Knudsen and Jay Van Hoy, Lucas Joaquin and Jayne Baron Sherman....

The co-founder of Untitled Entertainment, Weinberg moved into Broadway producing with “Kimberly Akimbo,” which went on to win five Tony Awards in 2023, including one for best musical (producer LaChanze), actress (Victoria Clark) and supporting actress (Bonnie Milligan) — all three are his clients. LaChanze also scored a Tony for producing the revival of “TopDog/Underdog,” while client Michael Arden won two for his work on “Parade.” On the film front, David Corenswet beat out the competition to become the next Man of Steel for DC’s “Superman: Legacy”; Maya Hawke starred in “Asteroid City,” “Maestro” and “Wildcat,” which she also produced; Dominic Sessa snagged his first big-screen role with Oscar contender “The Holdovers”; and Andrea Riseborough received her first Oscar nomination for “To Leslie.” Weinberg’s client stable also includes Dakota Johnson (producer-star on “Daddio”) and Cristin Milioti (Max’s upcoming limited series “The Penguin”).
