I have just answered a question like yours and sorry to say that their is no way you can get in to the phone until you give a software flash of your phone to your phone to remove all old data/password and make your phone useable again. go to the shop from where you have bought your phone, i think they can help you, at list they can take you to an expert . thanks.

"Power off your phone and boot into..."

You may have to do a factory reset on the phone to get back in. this will erase all your user data and installed apps on the phone. to do the hard reset, power off your phone and boot into recovery mode by pressing/holding volume up + home + power button. once in recovery mode menu, navigate to and select wipe data/factory reset. reboot when done.

You can reset it to factory settings by connecting it to your personal computer. This is the only possible way but you`ll have to risk losing all your other files.

Does that tablet have a BIOS battery just like computers, if yes, can you access this battery, if yes, then just remove and restore it.

One software is there which it is connected to phone ,and by simple restarting the phone ,the default password is come as previous one.

I tried the process but its say downloading do not trun off the target.

source: My sons samsung replensih is locked. a friend locked it whilst trying to unlock it. none of us remember his gmail email account name or password. wh?
