    Can I reset my BlackBerry without a SIM Card? My phone is carrier-locked in Canada but I am here in the Philippines. Is this will be a problem when setting up the device after reset/autoloading the system?

    no but if you need to download something directly to your phone from the internet, make sure you have access to WIFI. You should be fine with Link. Just make sure you have everything you need backed up and autoloader or OS or blitz files
